I have had to replace 2 previous Equator dryers since late 2021 when I bought the stackable set because they were one of the only ones that would fit a closet I was building out in my house for a washer & dryer. So I am now on my 3rd Equator dryer (the high cost to repair made now sense). Now the washer isn’t functioning properly. It leaks, rattles and makes loud noises. I looked inside to investigate what could be the issue and discovered the entire agitator basket is loose. Customer service is no help and repairmen aren’t fond of these machines. Durability and quality are terrible. Size and depth was what sold me and that apparently is all they have going for them. ... show more
