I almost didn't get this washer dryer unit! I looked at these units for a year. I almost didn't get this because of all the poor reviews I seen on here. But then I thought I've taken a chance on things so many people had bad reviews on. This AWESOME washer dryer combo being one of them! I did see a review that said.. this unit is definitely not for a big family! It's ment for a couple or one person! That is definitely right! As you can see it's a small standing unit about the size of a dishwasher. BUT! That's what I love about it! It has definitely taken a LOT less space then my samsung washer and dryer that filled this whole space up that you see where this lovely washer dry combo sets!!! I LOVE THAT! I was kinda in shock at first! But the more I have used this unit the more I see I made a great choice! Just my husband and I now, the kids are grown have families of there own I don't need 2 huge space taking units anymore! Now I'm thinking of what to do with this space I gained by down sizing to this AWESOME washer dryer combo!! I have been using this for over 2 months now and I think it's gotten clothes cleaner! I rec’d this unit. Paid to have installed in my 5th wheel. The unit was tripping my gfi switch. Troubleshot to realize the vent fan wasn’t working. Equator overnighted me, still took four days, a vent fan. Got that replaced, then it wouldn’t work. Spent all day of the phone, while my tech is here getting paid by the hour, trying to troubleshoot with equator. The unit gets super hot and smells like it’s burning. Equator wants to just send out all these parts for me to fix. I told them, I did not purchase a build your own washer/dryer. I had a splendide in my previous rig. Wish I had gone with splendide again. It’s what I will get if I can get this one returned. ... show more

Final Update-- Take this How you want to.. The seller Spreetail !!!FIVE STAR!! AMAZING service They are going to swap out the unit for me after Equator will not work with any service tec in my area or tell them how to work on this unit - they keep telling them they have to work with the seller.. Please note the sell is just that a SELLER ..they do not know anything about how to service the unit as they are the seller. This is like getting mad at someone for sending you a text message via a apple phone and not a droid. I can not stress enough to the seller that they should drop this company and stop selling al of their products 5 days have past since install-- Equator did get back to me, but they now refuse to work with me since I bought this off of Amazon and not from them directly, off their website!! I didnt not know I had to do that to get their service. I contacted the seller via the number that Equator gave me - They were happy to work with me and get me started with having someone come out to look at the unit.. I don't know why a company will not stand by their product. I will update once a service person comes out I got this unit BRAND NEW 5 days ago, installed it. the FIRST load - washed , and started to spin then gave me this error E5 for high speed motor fail. I tired calling the 1800 number that is for problems left 3 messages sent a text to the number given in the instructions (no response in 3 days) decided to pull the plug and restart the unit, it then started the cycle right were it left off and went on its way. I then noticed during the dry cycle it was adding water - I specifically bought this unit over the other brands for this statement in the description listed above I have this hooked up VENTED so I want it to use dry air only but it seams that it keeps dumping water in the drum and trying to dry as it would ventless .. Like I said I bought this for the vent mode to dry with HOT AIR only and its not working like that. I have also called the company today and the automated message says no one is there to take calls - it would be great if someone could call me back . I drilled a 4in hole into my $80,000 camper for this if it wasn't going to work I would have got the stackable from a different company - if someone calls me back I would be glad to work with someone and change my review !! ... show more

I got this thinking it would be perfect for a small home. There was no help with the install. The first time I used it the door opened during the wash cycle, clothes and water everywhere! The dryer is set for vented and doesn't dry clothes, I have left messages with customer service/tech support and no return calls. Very disappointing product, especially for the amount of money spent! ... show more

I have tried to call customer service several times with different issues. Left messages, emails and text. No response. Too bad return limit has past or I would sent this washer/dryer combo back. I had a Splendide washer/dryer combo in a RV a few years ago and it worked great. This machine does not compare. NEED TO RETURN FOR FULL REFUND!!!!! ... show more
