The first one I received did not work, the drum wouldn't spin. Customer service was wonderful and quick to get a repairman out. When they determined it couldn't be fixed they immediately shipped out a replacement. 2nd one works wonderfully and I'm happy to have a washer in my apartment finally! Adore the color! I use the eco wash setting, and have it set for vented drying. Low noise, though it does move some with the spin cycle. Bought a separate indoor vent kit. Love the music choice for when the cycle stops & the machine turns off. I bought wheels for mine to make it easier to move around. ... show more

This thing costs $1300 but can't dry a single item of clothes..even after a 4 hour cycle! Don't waste your money Update. After writing this review the company asked if I would give them a chance to walk me through troubleshooting. I did...here we are 3 months later and the machine still doesn't work. Took an entire month for them to get someone out here only to look at the machine and tell me they fixed it. Which it isn't. This is a washer and Dryer but it doesn't dry my clothes at all. We've given this a machine a new name...it's the washing soup machine. Tumbles clothes around in 200 degree heated water with no progress on drying. Now that I'm way past the 30 day return time. What is someone going to do about it Update: it's now been over a year and they still did nothing to fix the problem. And still the dryer doesn't work. ... show more

I almost didn't get this washer dryer unit! I looked at these units for a year. I almost didn't get this because of all the poor reviews I seen on here. But then I thought I've taken a chance on things so many people had bad reviews on. This AWESOME washer dryer combo being one of them! I did see a review that said.. this unit is definitely not for a big family! It's ment for a couple or one person! That is definitely right! As you can see it's a small standing unit about the size of a dishwasher. BUT! That's what I love about it! It has definitely taken a LOT less space then my samsung washer and dryer that filled this whole space up that you see where this lovely washer dry combo sets!!! I LOVE THAT! I was kinda in shock at first! But the more I have used this unit the more I see I made a great choice! Just my husband and I now, the kids are grown have families of there own I don't need 2 huge space taking units anymore! Now I'm thinking of what to do with this space I gained by down sizing to this AWESOME washer dryer combo!! I have been using this for over 2 months now and I think it's gotten clothes cleaner! So if you are looking to save on space and down size this is perfect! Has been for me! and my husband really likes it too! ... show more

I purchased this in September ‘24, and purchased the extended warranty. By September ‘25 I had to file a claim on my extended warranty. As others have reported you cannot put more than three items in at a time. Definitely not towels or other heavy items. I ignored the reviews because I do not have heavy laundry needs and thought it would be fine. My issue wasn’t with drying, but washing. My laundry would be soaking wet almost every wash and I would have to wring to remove excess water by hand. My loads consisted of a tshirt, socks and maybe yoga pants so certainly not overloading. I would not recommend. The plus side was the extended warranty refunded my purchase since they could not find qualified repairmen to repair. ... show more

I have a very small home (520sf) and needed to get clever with my laundry solution. I got a tankless water heater and was able to use the space where the water heater formerly sat for laundry. This machine is one of only two that would fit, and I didn't want to spend twice as much on an LG. This was an upgrade for me from a semi-automatic machine with a separate wash and spin tub, so that may be one reason why I think it's so great! The variety of cycles, the ability to use it in wash mode or dry mode or combo mode, and the extra rinse option are all fantastic. I've used the delay start feature to run it while I'm at work or overnight and that also works perfectly. Overall, I'm pretty pleased with the upgrade. It does have a few faults, however. It's extremely heavy and for two people to install in an awkward elevated position was pretty tough. Mine arrived with a protective wrap on the door that went inside (??) the door panels, so it was impossible to remove completely and there are little bits of shrink wrap sticking out of the door seams. Not a dealbreaker, but at this price I expected better. The drain pump is also extremely loud. I can hear it churning away from all over my house when it's running. I've reached out to support to ask if this is expected and haven't received a reply. I hope it's not a defect! Unlike others, I've not found drying to be a problem. The dryer gets hotter than other 110v dryers I've used. If you use it in condensing mode the machine is steamy from the cooling water flow, so your clothing does come out a tiny bit damp to the touch. The manufacturer advises the clothing will quickly dry completely once it's out of the machine, and I've always found that to be the case, the moisture dissipates very quickly. By the time I finish folding everything is dry and ready to be put away. For the rare item that gets some condensate dripped on it inside the machine, or has an oddly thick element (sweatpant waistbands are a problem) I'll toss it into my tumble dryer for a few minutes, but sometimes I just take out the dry clothes and leave a few things in the combo for an extra 12 minutes. One side benefit to the steamy drying cycle, I use the 12 minute touch up cycle to get wrinkles out of clothes, it works great! It's definitely not a conventional machine, but it gets the job done. ... show more

The fan is very underpowered. If you’re pushing air any further than a few inches out the side of an RV/ trailer, it’s going to condensate - maybe even then. I had serious water backing up in the vent. I’m not sure I’ve used that amount of dryer tape before. There was absolutely zero condensation from outside air; Simply, a fan pushing a fraction of the CFM required to actually move humid air through any code compliant or other vent, stack, chase, etc. ... show more
