Arrived and had it installed... it wouldn't work and finally gave an E16 error message. There is a number to call on the top of the unit and when I called the man tried to help me troubleshoot, starting with taking off the top cover of the unit. This is what I found... parts that looked like they'd been kicked around and beat up... clearly not new. Troubleshooting did not work, and he said he had to do some research and call me back... he did not. I'm did purchase the warranty so I am about to try and get it returned but I have a guest in my AirBnB who is paying for a unit with a washer/dryer and this problem is costing me money! ... show more

The first one I received did not work, the drum wouldn't spin. Customer service was wonderful and quick to get a repairman out. When they determined it couldn't be fixed they immediately shipped out a replacement. 2nd one works wonderfully and I'm happy to have a washer in my apartment finally! Adore the color! I use the eco wash setting, and have it set for vented drying. Low noise, though it does move some with the spin cycle. Bought a separate indoor vent kit. Love the music choice for when the cycle stops & the machine turns off. I bought wheels for mine to make it easier to move around. ... show more

Doesn’t come with the described parts, and screws provided do not support vent. Also it takes 2 drying cycles with vented dry to still have damp clothes coming out of the machine and it feels way too hot on the outside during either vented or ventless dry. I do not recommend this product.

Final Update-- Take this How you want to.. The seller Spreetail !!!FIVE STAR!! AMAZING service They are going to swap out the unit for me after Equator will not work with any service tec in my area or tell them how to work on this unit - they keep telling them they have to work with the seller.. Please note the sell is just that a SELLER ..they do not know anything about how to service the unit as they are the seller. This is like getting mad at someone for sending you a text message via a apple phone and not a droid. I can not stress enough to the seller that they should drop this company and stop selling al of their products 5 days have past since install-- Equator did get back to me, but they now refuse to work with me since I bought this off of Amazon and not from them directly, off their website!! I didnt not know I had to do that to get their service. I contacted the seller via the number that Equator gave me - They were happy to work with me and get me started with having someone come out to look at the unit.. I don't know why a company will not stand by their product. I will update once a service person comes out I got this unit BRAND NEW 5 days ago, installed it. the FIRST load - washed , and started to spin then gave me this error E5 for high speed motor fail. I tired calling the 1800 number that is for problems left 3 messages sent a text to the number given in the instructions (no response in 3 days) decided to pull the plug and restart the unit, it then started the cycle right were it left off and went on its way. I then noticed during the dry cycle it was adding water - I specifically bought this unit over the other brands for this statement in the description listed above I have this hooked up VENTED so I want it to use dry air only but it seams that it keeps dumping water in the drum and trying to dry as it would ventless .. Like I said I bought this for the vent mode to dry with HOT AIR only and its not working like that. I have also called the company today and the automated message says no one is there to take calls - it would be great if someone could call me back . I drilled a 4in hole into my $80,000 camper for this if it wasn't going to work I would have got the stackable from a different company - if someone calls me back I would be glad to work with someone and change my review !! ... show more

This thing costs $1300 but can't dry a single item of clothes..even after a 4 hour cycle! Don't waste your money Update. After writing this review the company asked if I would give them a chance to walk me through troubleshooting. I did...here we are 3 months later and the machine still doesn't work. Took an entire month for them to get someone out here only to look at the machine and tell me they fixed it. Which it isn't. This is a washer and Dryer but it doesn't dry my clothes at all. We've given this a machine a new name...it's the washing soup machine. Tumbles clothes around in 200 degree heated water with no progress on drying. Now that I'm way past the 30 day return time. What is someone going to do about it Update: it's now been over a year and they still did nothing to fix the problem. And still the dryer doesn't work. ... show more
