The media could not be loaded. Absolute junk! Do not buy!! I ordered this while my home was being renovated and it sat in the box beyond my 30 day return window. Once I started using it, it never completely dried my clothes, then at the 3 week mark, it flooded my kitchen twice and finally stopped working altogether! Amazon will not refund my money and neither will Equator!! Equator will only agree to send out a repair person. A brand new machine shouldn’t need repair after 3 weeks of use! DO NOT BUY - have had a few different washers / Dryers for our RV. This one will NOT dry clothes. Called the company and they told me to air dry them if they are still damp or run the dryer for another 2 hrs since you can not adjust the time. Just Buy the Splendide and dont waste your time.

This product seems to wash clothes fine, but it doesn’t dry well at all. I tried all settings and scenarios and the clothes always seem damp. A standard light load will take at least 2 dryer cycles. It also sometimes start the whole wash & dry cycle on its own. I wasn’t paying attention and it must have went through 3 wash and dry cycles (hours later and in wash cycle) before I noticed. I think if this machine gave you an option for additional spin cycles and/or time it would dry the clothes better. Be prepared to hang your clothes on a clothes line or drying rack. It’s serving a purpose, but not sure it was worth the money ... show more
