Perfect set for our traveling laundry needs. The real superstar is the companies Customer Service! We took delivery and weren't able to inspect/install until more than 30 days later. After unboxing, we saw that the machine had been dropped with a bent frame, broken top and caved in water connections. Contacted the seller through Amazon messaging and received a very quick reply asking for photos of the damage. Sent some pics and they (within 24 hrs) responded that they will ship a replacement. Well, the replacement arrived today in perfect condition and we could not be happier. I was prepared to get a "Well you didn't report it within 30 days, so sorry", but no, the seller took care of it and made it good. The only good thing about this product is that when it is destroyed after a month or less, the service team will quickly call you to replace the entire unit for free because mechanics won't touch it with a 40-foot pole. Had to replace the dryer twice and now the washer section won't even spin the clothes partly dry anymore. Terrible terrible product. The second unit they sent to replace the first one was damaged on arrival. ... show more

The media could not be loaded. My brother built me a small laundry room. I needed stackables and found these. They are a bit smaller than expected but work great so far. I have washed 5 loads since it was installed. They were shipped within a few days and delivered a week in a half early. Wasn't sure what to expect when I ordered it, but to my surprise, I received a call to make sure I knew I was ordering a smaller unit. Than I received it, found that it was easy to set up. They do a great job for a small unit. The washer spins the clothes almost dry and the dryer completely dry them (didn't think that a 110v dryer could dry so well).
