This washer and dryer are a godsend! They both work great, no problems at all. They were easy to unpack and install and very easy to use. They look great in the laundry space in the 5th wheel. I've done 4 loads of laundry and am happy each time I fold a clean, fresh load out of the dryer.

The media could not be loaded. They are rather light weight, and compact. Very nice and gets the job done. Both washer and dryer are rather loud, but that’s okay. Washer leaked water from the soap tray, and the dryer exhaust vent was a pain to get to stay put. But other than those problems I love them. ... show more

    • Low quality
The machine came broken. The company refused to replace it with a new one . They did offer to have it repaired, but they were unable to find a repair person in my area . So it's still broken. It is made in the USA, however the parts have foreign writing on them. Very disappointing.

    • The Washer had some Issues which the Manufacturer promptly fixed
I originally had a problem during first use with the washer showing an E5 code which meant there was an issue with the motor. The manufacturer promptly engaged a service firm who then arranged for a washer repairman to come to our home and repair the washer. The manufacturer shipped a new motor and the repairman made the necessary repairs. It works great now and fulfills all of our needs for a small, compact, stackable washer dryer. I am glad we bought this brand and believe that the manufacturer was very responsive to our plight. I recommend this brand to anyone looking for a good, compact washer dryer. ... show more

Dryer is not drying light loads. Cannot reach supplier to discuss this issue. Will need to return the dryer. This unit is for business use.
