I originally picked up the EPOMAKER Glyph for the retro typewriter look, but it ended up becoming one of the most talked about things on my desk. I actually brought it into the office, and it instantly became a conversation piece. People kept stopping by asking what it was, trying it out, and commenting on how unique it looks. It is not something you see every day, especially in a workspace full of standard keyboards. The unboxing experience already set the tone. Everything was packaged really well and felt premium right out of the box. Once set up, the keyboard looks even better in person. The round keycaps and overall design really capture that vintage typewriter vibe, but it still feels modern and clean. Typing on it is surprisingly satisfying. There is a nice rhythm to it, and the sound profile is that deeper, creamy tone without being too loud for an office environment. The top mount design gives it a firm and consistent feel, which makes it great for both work and casual typing. The side volume knob is one of my favorite features. It is super convenient and smooth to use, especially during calls or when playing music. The screen is also a fun bonus. Being able to throw on a GIF or image adds personality and makes it even more of a standout piece. RGB lighting is well done too. It adds to the overall look without being distracting, which is important in a work setting. Combined with the retro design, it really creates something different from the usual keyboards you see. Connectivity has been solid, and switching between devices is quick and easy, which helps a lot during a busy workday. Overall, this keyboard does a great job balancing style and function. It looks amazing, feels premium, and actually performs well. On top of that, it brings a bit of personality into the office, which makes it even more enjoyable to use every day.

I have a lot to say about this keyboard, I'm a big fan of EPOMAKER in general and own many of their keyboards. I probably have 30+ keyboards in total, magnetic, hot-swappable, membrane keyboards and I would say this keyboard in terms of build quality is easily amongst the best. I do have some EPOMAKERs keyboards that feel a little cheap, but this one does not feel cheap in any way. The only part that feels a little weak is the mini plastic level on the left of the keyboard. The functionality is excellent and it's pretty effortless to type on this keyboard. The switches are awesome and sound pretty good. The keycaps are pretty unique and have a ridged design that kind of reminds me of a metal bottle cap. The keyboard definitely feels different and unique. It stands out from almost every keyboard I have and the mini-screen on the keyboard looks pretty sharp and bright. I believe the limit for gifs is 48 frames, but I could be wrong, but you can put most gifs on this keyboard. You can even get mini video clips and convert them into gifs and slap it on the keyboard. The lighting is very nice and I like that it's very easy to clean this keyboard. You could get a air blower and quickly clean this keyboard with ease. On the back is the USB receiver inside a mini magnetic compartment which is VERY nice and a must-have for wireless capable keyboards. There are some negatives though however; I do with the keys had more of a slant like an actual type writer as the keys lay completely flat and have no angle to them. If you struggle to type on keyboards like this, you may not like this keyboard. I do wish the stabilizers were metal at the bases, but they still sound great and are very sturdy and don't wobble. The biggest negative is it takes a very long time to put a gif on the keyboard and you MUST download their software to do any functionality. If you don't want to download the software, tough luck. Is it worth $140? Maybe not, but it's a very unique keyboard and well made. If it goes on sale, I would say it's worth it, especially if you want a mini customizable screen.

I honestly didn’t expect to like this keyboard as much as I do, but it’s been amazing to use. The bottlecap keycaps feel great and give it that fun retro typewriter look, but it still feels really comfortable for daily typing. The Wisteria linears are a big win for me too, I already use them on a bunch of my other Epomaker boards and they are super smooth and consistent. I’ve tried most of the other typewriter-style mechanical keyboards out there and they just were not it for me. They looked nice and I did like the classic typewriter style sound at first, but after a while it got a bit too clacky and fatiguing for me. This one hits a much better balance where it keeps the vibe without being overwhelming. The knob and lever are both fun and actually useful, not just gimmicks. The screen is also a really cool touch, and I like how easy it is to add GIFs through the Epomaker software. It makes it feel way more personal. It also feels really solid overall, the wireless works well, and the wrist rest helps more than I expected. Overall it is just a really fun keyboard that still works perfectly as a daily driver. Definitely 5 stars for me.

The media could not be loaded. This is a really cool concept and definitely a different style of board and keycaps compared to what you usually see. It takes a little getting used to if you are coming from a standard keyboard but I genuinely enjoy typing on it and the feel is great. My kids absolutely get a kick out of the look every time they see it, which is a bonus. The wrist rest that comes with it is a thoughtful addition and actually makes a difference during longer typing sessions. If you want a keyboard that performs well and also doubles as a conversation piece, this is the one.
