  • -Do Me Proud-
Size: 1/2 Inch Drive (25-250 ft.-lb.)
Whether you're a Pro or first time Do It Yourself type, this precisian 1/2" click torque instrument fills the bill. After considerable comparisons this quality estheticly (eye) pleasing tool convinced me to add one to my tool box. The calibration marks are well defined. It covers a wider range, avoiding the need for a second torque wrench. It is competitively priced. Also, comes protected by a substantial storage case. This is indeed top end quality. Makes a great Father's Day / Christmas present. sky240 ... show more

This unit feels very well made. The numbers are just a little hard to read in some lighting situations but this works very well.

  • Well worth the price
Size: 1/2 Inch Drive (10-150 ft.-lb.)
Didn’t want to spend hundreds for a tool I’d use 4-5 times a year. This price caught my eye, thought I’d take a chance …… well it paid off ! Installed a hitch that must have bolts 86 lbs. ( easy to set ) worked perfectly. Say that because I had a garage test and was within 1lb + - Well worty it

  • High Quality, Accurate, Easy to Use
Size: 1/4 Inch Drive (20-200 in.-lb.)
Built for the long run out of Crome Vanadium steel. Very easy to read the scale and select your required settings. I like that the ratchet has so many teeth allowing for precise control in a confined work area. Adjustable from 0 - 200 inch pounds for super accurate torque control. I can’t imagine needing anything this tool doesn’t come standard with within it’s engineered design. A great tool at a bargain price. ... show more

  • Functioned like a torque wrench
Size: 1/2 Inch Drive (10-150 ft.-lb.)
I got a quote to replace the lower control arms on my wife's vehicle for $2000. Instead, I bought the parts for $450 and installed myself, but needed a torque wrench. I bought this torque wrench based off of price, reviews of this and other torque wrenches, and the fact that this one came with an extender and a reducer. I did an initial check on the accuracy with a 25lb weight. The listing says +/-4% and I think it was close. It served the purpose of torquing all of the bolts I needed torqued. It was easy to use, but I can't attest to the accuracy at higher settings. It was definitely harder to click at 125 ftlbs than 72 ftlbs, so that is good. It clicked every time and did what I needed it to do. For the price on initial use, it was definitely worth it. Whether it will continue to function, only time will tell. There was nothing that stood out to me, but based on cost and effectiveness for the first use, I would recommend this wrench. ... show more

  • Easy to read increments for only one scale
Size: 1/2 Inch Drive (10-150 ft.-lb.)
This torque wrench has served me well. I think I paid like $30 a long time ago, and this thing has been through hell in my garage. It's been banged up, dropped, shaken, etc. and it still functions really well. If you're looking for a first time torque wrench, this one would be my suggestion. Convert all your metric torque readings before hand and then do your best to round up or down to the nearest 1 ft/lb. The metric side is unreadable in my opinion, and I wish they had designed it better. Still, if you store this correctly, it will take a beating. ... show more
