This product is so underrated! It hydrates, soaks in well yet I don’t have to constantly reapply. The texture is AMAZING. It’s like soft fluffy clouds on your lips, truly a sensorial experience. This lip balm is amazing. I had to switch lip balm after Carmex caused me to break out. I had been using Aquafor. Aquafor kept me from breaking out, but it wouldn't keep my lips soft in a dry climate. This stuff works! It doesn't cause acne and gets lips soft. Bonus, it tastes good.

I've tried several lip balms for dry lips, but "eos The Hero Dry Lip Repair" really surprised me in a positive way. I used it during a period when I was suffering from extreme dryness, and the difference was noticeable from the first application. I really liked its light, non-sticky texture, which leaves a very moisturizing and comfortable feeling. Another plus is that it doesn't have an annoying fragrance, perfect for those who prefer more neutral products. Within a week, my lips looked much softer and smoother. One detail I appreciate is that the tube's size makes it easy to carry in any bag or pocket, so I can reapply whenever I need to. In short, I recommend this product to anyone looking for a truly effective treatment for very dry lips. I will definitely buy it again!

This stuff's consistency reminds me of this lipgloss my mother used to get back when she worked at MAC. Glossy and just a little sticky, but not in a bad way. I got this to help me stop biting my lips when bored at night, and so far it’s been working quite well. I am a texture oriented person and the smooth gloss is nice to feel on the lips but gross to put in your mouth, which is perfect for my uses. One thing I do have to say is that I don't like putting it on lips that aren't already exfoliated. Otherwise, the glide this causes makes every little bump and ridge feel like a mountain and I just want to wipe it off so I can bite the chapped skin. Exfoliate first, then put this on, and you can fully appreciate the smoothness. The tingle is also nice. I like eos’ sweet mint for that feeling tingle as well.

This is the best lip balm of its kind. The flavor and scent are both sweet and fruity, but they’re so subtle that it took me days of using it to realize that it was the lip balm that smelled like strawberry. I don’t like strawberry, but the lip balm tones down the scent and taste so well that I like it anyway. Also, it is somewhat thick. I love thick lip balms, so this is perfect for me. The thickness is able to sit on my lips very well. The first time I used it, it completely removed the dead skin from my lips (mid winter lips, so not just any old dead skin, and also definitely not healthy, living skin). It had softened the dead skin so much that, when I rubbed my lips together, the dead skin came off with the friction. It works amazing for my very sensitive skin and lips, never causing any irritation. I eat chips a lot, which ruins my lips in the long term because of the salt on the chips. Sometimes, after eating chips, my lips will even sting. This lip balm is perfect, even when my lips are rubbed raw by salt. Even my favorite lip balms can’t compete. This is such an amazing product, I’m surprised it’s not more popular.

It’s really good and moisturizing. I have the biggest problem finding lip balms that works and this has been amazing. It’s thick enough but shine likes a gloss. I buy it 2 at time because I plan on never running out again
