First, I love how thick the covers on these are. It would take me considerabe force to bend the cover. Second, they come in many beautiful colors, the orange even matches my sheets lol. Third, the price is great and I was able to divide them between household members. I would be willing to buy more for these 3 reasons alone. Fourth, which is most important to me, but not to most people, they handle fountain pen ink rather well. I've written 22 pages using a Noodlers green ink, and Metro M nib. I have only noticed very minor bleed through if I'm crossing something out thoroughly or when the pen burps ( which is rarely). I haven't tried other inks, though I expect similar results. The ink dries well and fast enough. I don't notice any real feathering. To notice ghosting I had to really be looking hard for it, or holding the page up to the light. The only time I don't use fountain pens, is for government paperwork I am filling out, otherwise I exclusively use them. The page does give some feedback when writing, but nothing terrible, it's not advertising as fp friendly paper, so I expected that it wouldn't be as smooth as some of the expensive papers and notebooks out there. ... show more

I like the spiral binding, as the journal lays flat. They are good quality, sturdy. Perfect for a journaler or someone who keep topics separated in different notebooks. Will buy again.

I love how the paper feels and how comfortable they are! They actually help me journal more since it's not such a hassle to to write in the and keep the book down. I've been trying to find a great pack of notebooks for awhile and am glad I bought these. The front and back are hard covers so they're super sturdy. Love all the colors too that I can use for different things. Will be buying again once these are used up.
