I just started using them the a couple days ago and I tried my pen on it and it didn’t work and smudged, so be very careful about that, I switched to sharpie markers. Also, I just took the sticky off the paper and it ripped the words off! I was in shock cuz that hasn’t happened yet, until now so be careful taking it off the paper too.

These are super cute and everyone loves them. Only problem is that pen is incompatible with the material. It smears no matter how long it sits. Pen ink will not dry on this. But it’s great with sharpies and other markers

You are gonna need fine point sharpies as ink and gel pens slide off/smug, and pencils don't really work well for some reason. If you are renting your textbook, I would stick it onto the desk a few times to make the adhesive not so aggressive. When I put the note directly on the text book and take it off, sometimes the words, get pulled up or the page rips.

It's basically just some plastic which I don't care about but you need a marker like a Sharpie for the text to actually stay or it will smear to oblivion! Will not buy again and don't recommend!
