I've been using this cover for over a year and it's really great. I got rid of the keyboard cover really fast (it comes with two though) because I just sort of got sick of it because it mutes your keyboard's clicking noises which I like to hear when I'm writing essays. Additionally, the keyboard cover's would get greasy and shiny over the keys that you use most-- unless that's just me and I have oily hands but I don't think so:) The bottom computer cover has lost one like leg thing? on mine but it doesn't impact the function. Both covers have stayed matte but do have some marks from things rubbing on it and also the top cover has some cracks on the corner from wear but I don't remember hitting my computer that hard... oh well. The screen cover is nice but really hard to install on your own. Overall, great product, worth the money.

I got this clear plastic cover to replace the one I had before. The previous one was starting to crack a bit at a couple of corners (slivers forming) but, worse, it got smudges easily and they were seemingly impossible to remove despite any type of wiping, polishing, chemicals. I liked the color and translucent material but the smudges were over the top. This new clear case stays clean, or looks like it. Good protection although it is brittle plastic and may crack like the other one over time. Very, very tight fit. Unobtrusive. I would buy again. Some edges are sharp and I may take a nail file to them to soften those.

On the left is the newer cover for the bottom of the macbook, on the right is the older one (from 2 years ago, same exact product). As you can see, the side is a bit bent so I’m unable to clasp the bottom cover onto my laptop. The top cover, the keyboard cover and the screen cover are all great.

Initial Impressions: The Good: - Great case, feels really sold on the MacBook Air. Adds a nice heft to the lid and the laptop overall, I see this as a positive because it feels durable. Be careful putting it on because if any hairs are trapped in between the case and the laptop, getting those hairs out after applying it is annoying. The Bad: - The keyboard protector is very flimsy and while tying on it the protector keeps pulling up or falling off the keyboard. - After typing with it for a while it makes the keys stiffer and I keep mistyping. This leads me to basically bang on my keyboard just to ensure I press all the keys. - The screen protector does not even work, I peeled the tab that said 1 off first then the one that said 2 to stick it on to the screen and it did not even stick, it just floated there. After inspecting it, turns out the 1 tab is the actual sticky for the screen, and the 2 tab is a cover for the protector. This is backwards to every screen protector I have used and it didn't help that there were no instructions on how to properly apply it. Overall, great case so far but if considering this over another similarly priced one that doesn't have the accessories, don't let that factor into your decision.

I really like this I got the frost and it seems stable to keep from nicking my Mac - and I am a little excited to get something on it because I think it will roll right off. The set up was very easy, no instructions were included, just make sure you wipe your MacBook first or the dust/stuff will get pressed against the inner case. The case snapped on quick and I think it will last, I didn’t use the screen protector because I am hesitant of any screen protector for a Mac but there are 2 key covers included, just slide your finger nail across the grooves between the keys and it stays on the keys, I personally am too used to the actual keyboard but if/when I use my Mac around food I’ll definitely put this on!

I purchased this case in April and as I am writing this review in July of the same year my case is literally falling to pieces. I double checked the model number and it is indeed the correct model for this case. I hardly ever even take my laptop anywhere outside of my home. I have no idea how or why it’s breaking apart so quickly but I would recommend finding a different option on Amazon as this doesn’t hold up very well. While it is a great price it is not worth the money when you just have to purchase something new shortly after. Don’t wast your money.
