A friend of mine has one of these and I don't know why I didn't purchase one sooner. It seems pretty sturdy even when fully extended and the phone is snug in place. I haven't tried the remote yet but it seems fairly easy to set up, I have already recommended this selfie stick to other people.

This is definitely an upgrade from my old selfie stick because its longer, sturdier & you can set it up at a better distance. What I dont like is it automatically disconnects after 10 mins of not using. I also feel it doesnt secure your phone that good because it only relies on a retractable grip that cannot be tightened more.
