There is a lot of criticism for these electronic guitars - they are labeled as “toys” or as some kind of “crutch” for those who are unwilling to put in the time to learn to play a “real” guitar. Well, I very rarely take the time to write reviews, but I had to post this review because the Cyber-G is soothing the musical soul of this aging baby boomer with arthritic hands. I have been deeply depressed since losing the ability to play the 3 guitars and 2 baritone ukuleles that currently reside in my music closet. I knew I somehow had to get the sound of guitar strings back in my life to feel better. I bought a LiberLive last year, which helped a lot, but I was disappointed in the small number and variety of strum patterns available. The Cyber-G is like the big brother to the LiberLive that does everything bigger and better! The onboard 10 watt speaker sounds so good that an external amp is totally unnecessary and there is a huge variety of picking and strumming patterns along with the ability to play solo notes with the keyboard. And the Enya customer service is amazing! In my usual night owl fashion, I was playing the Cyber G at 4 am one morning when I discovered that only 8 of the 20 solo tones were available. The rest were greyed out in the app. So I emailed customer service at 4:30 am and to my surprise, they replied back right away! We then proceeded to have 3 or 4 email conversations back and forth in which they told me how to find the device ID of my instrument in the App, which then enabled them to unlock the tones within 15 minutes. So great guitar, great service - I highly recommend the Enya Cyber G!

Great Fun! At first, you need to spend a few hours to learn the whole concept. After that, you easily learn how to set up and play! Strongly recommend watching some YouTube videos on Cyber G intros. Soon, you are free from the guitar string pains and all the cramps you get trying to grab difficult cords. You also get to learn new tricks and songs through the app. Highly worth the money!

This is a fun smart guitar from Enya Music. I ordered the purple pick model for a Christmas gift so I haven't really seen it in action yet. I did have a little play around with it (they will never know...lol) and it seems like a lot of fun. You can be playing songs in no time using the downloaded app. It looks weird but awesome at the same time. It's easy to assemble and has a great quality portable hard carry case. The value for money is yet to be determined, so I am giving it a 4-star as it seems quite expensive.

The media could not be loaded. This is a blast and fun smart instrument to play. Its like a guitar but it has keyboard, drum and bass sounds. Its user-friendly design and pre-programmed song library makes it perfect for solo singers like me with little musical background or professional musicians want a total solution. There are a few built-in instrument sounds that can be played from detachable keyboard which other brand does not have and you can request more sounds from their customer support. I think this is an awesome gift for all ages who loves music but have little time to learn or professional solo singers who performs and likes to have a total solution. The song library includes popular tracks like "Hotel California," "Love Story," and "A Whole New World," among others. You can create your own song as well. The only cons is a bit pricey toe but it is truely worth it.

And handle the situation. I will in the future only buy items for less money and with the knowledge they are shipped as they are listed on time as there deliverys are getting tardy to say the least. I was intrigued by what appeared to be the stupidest instrument on the planet. This is a portable chord organ with a drum machine. Like the chord organs before it, this is a toy, not a professional instrument. It's expensive and sounds terrible. I returned it.

I got a Liberlive C1 in November and loved it. I just got last month my Enya Cyber-G Pick and loved it even more. It is unfinished and could get some serious update using the existing hardware, but even without those, this is a fun guitar to play with. I wish Enya would put in place some interactive wish list for updates to their software and allow a bit more flexibility to the user. For those who wonder, I thing that the solo module of the Pick model sucks as it is but has some potential if Enya decides to make it more complete and better instrument, where the paddle can be used as a playing control as on the regular mode and to allow the user to control of the sensitivity of the pad which is unusable as set as over-sensitive and vertical instead of horizontal. From my point of view, the Solo mode is pretty pointless.
