I have not wore them yet I did try on and go easily over my hand as I am large boned. They are very pretty. What I actually use them for is for meal control. Normally on my meal plans I eat 17 items and I can lose weight. Therefore I put all on in morning and while home I remove as I eat per serving size. 2 eggs, 2 go off. If away from home I can still keep count by just sliding to other wrist. When all are removed from starting wrist. Chow time is over for day.
