Just spent $140+ dollars to ship back a non working printer since they wouldn't pay to ship back. Will have to wait to save more money to buy a different printer that will cost more but may be worth it. Customer service went from great to not so great. They insist I am why printer isn't working. Say I installed new printhead wrong. Only 1 way to install! Besides, printer wasn't working to begin with so that's why they sent new print head! Should never have tried to do it myself. That's where they get you. Buyer beware. I have to now lose money to ship back and save to buy from someone else. Hopefully someone with ratings. Buy at own risk customer service turned real quick into blaming me. Sent new print head but didn't work. I did a return through Amazon but it wants me to pay the return shipping which could be two or three hundred dollars. Im noy paying to return a non working printer. I'm trying to get a shipping label from manufacturer but not going well. Still insisting on trying to fix printer when I've spent two weeks trying to. I'll be out money if I have to pay to ship it back. 😀 this is not looking good right now. I'm trying to keep my composure. Will keep updating. Customer service is GREAT! Got printer up and going, now just working out the printing of pictures. Will keep upgrading as time goes on but can't beat the customer service. Right now I give it a 1 star. Installation directions are poor. Trying to work with someone via email, you have to wait 24 hours for response. Don't think they understand my problem though I've explained it. Will come back and update once I've gotten it up and running and see how it works. ... show more
