The first issue they did not even send the correct software and ended up they forgot settings on it so had to wait and was up all night long for them to take over the computer and download the correct software, finally worked got to print maybe 5 things and now it keeps coming up with issues , you have to download an app to even talk with someone. They did send me a new mother board same issue now just got a new encoder strip and same issue it just blinking lights, so the amount you pay I expected a great printer do not waste your time with the headache from this printer. We will see if they refund me all my money since I got no use out of this printer! I did not even want to give this a 1 star! ... show more

The machine prints, for now. It was a huge headache to setup thanks to less than helpful directions, software that is not in english, maybe in chinese and cannot be changed. And the only way to get help is to dowload the Whatsap to talk to help in China, at 9:30pm when they wake up, and let them take over your computer while you sit and watch and do what they say on the printer. They were helpful and did fix the first issue. When I had another issue they went silent and my son came over and helped me. The software is garbage. You cannot do anything but print one image at a time or duplicated. So if you make custom orders like me and need a smal front piece you are wasting the rest of that sheet because you cannot print again next to the image or print 2 small images next to each other (unless its the same image duplicated). The heater is a box that gets hot with a timer on it - I could have used a hair dryer or heat gun, I did not know that. There is no exhaust on the heater like in the video. The heater did not give off any smell or smoke The print quality, when it works is good. If the machine sits for even a few hours the first print will not print full white and you will have to reprint it. I tried cleaning the nozzles before printing and it only helps a little, wasting ink. Hoping trying to save money by buying this machine was not a complete waste. Machine looks exactly like it does in the photo. do not remove the flash drive or it all shuts down and no longer works, this is the issue they did not seem to want to help with photos are of prints using the machine Update ... a couple months in and this machine gives me no headaches. The issue is the software. The ink no longer decides not to print white randomly. It just kinda worked itself out over time after printing more. I print every few days and don't get the clogging issues. I usually print a small test print before doing a job just to ensure the white works and it usually does 1/4 of the way through the tiny 2" print. Software is still garbage. ... show more

Everytime I go to print it won't print. So then I have to wait till 9pm ie 9am in China to even get someone to help. They take over my computer do some stuff with the settings and it works. But the next time I go to print same issues and I have to call again. I do not charge any settings after they are done so this shouldn't keep being an issue. ... show more
