I've very happy with this purchase. The "slip on" style is easy to install. It works very well and seems to be sturdy. It has not been spotting with use. It's looks really improves my bathroom as I a m moving fomr shiny chrome to a nickel look. Solid metal construction. It comes complete with rubber "o" ring. I would suggest using plumbers grease with installing to make sure you don't tear or scrape the ring during installation.

I had to replace my bathtub faucet, the diverter wasn't working. I sold my beautiful renovated home to the state because I was in a flood zone. See photo of my previous bathroom. My new home the bathroom is going to be renovated so I just needed a contractor build stock faucet to replace it for now. I called my plumber he said buy one and he'll install it. I found only one in the big appliance store that had to be shipped to store and the quality wasn't as good as far as I could see. I saw similar faucets here until I came across this one. It's very well made and same design as my old one. One screw underneath the faucet the same size as the new faucet. I watched the video and decided to install it myself. I removed the screw of my old faucet with the allen wrench provided with the new faucet. Then pulled the old one off cleaned the spout a little and pushed the new one in and viola it was installed! Even the decorative ring was the same size and I was able to use! It was less expensive than big name brand ones and better quality. No leaking and decent thickness of metal. If I can do it anyone can! I highly recommend it!

This is the first time I have done a review. However this is a cheaply made China unit and does not work as it should. If you hand-hold the diverter in place it will divert water to the showerhead. There is way too much play in the diverter. As I had problems removing the old tub spout with diverter, I had a licensed plumber come in. He couldn't get it to work and ended up buying another brand, American made. I probably should give it no stars! It was the right color and looked similar to the original tub spout.
