U Update: 4/11/2020. The Trophy arrived today and its absolutely beautiful. They did an excellent job. Thank you so much. My sister was speeches when she opened and seen the trophy. Her eyes were filled with tears of joy. It was the best and memorable retirement give she received. Much appreciated. Thanks again! The company truly has honor. They contacted us and apologized. The product arrived well packed and in a great case to present it to the winner in. The engraving met my expectations and the award itself exceeded my expectations. It was a two piece crystal award with the earth fully engraved and the pillar engraved with the information. The award recipient was very happy and excited to receive such a nicely presented and designed award. The telephone staff were very helpful and they helped me get it expedited for the event.
