I moved and my bed just didn't fit. I bought this as a temporary fix but still using it. I do use a gel topper and it makes a big difference. Love that the cord compartment is big enough to easily take the cord in and out. Every few day I fill it just a little to to keep it firm. Looking at a twin for when my grandkids come over. Ppl yes kids and dogs no problem.

The mattress does loose air, which softens the surface. Refilling is easy and fast which will firm up the surface again.. its sturdy and the next best thing to a bed.

Every bed we looked at on Amazon many reviews claim, doesn’t hold air, or cheap quality. After researching beds on Amazon we knew the Brand Englander because we have a real Englander mattress in our bedroom which we love. I wanted to get a good air mattress since we have our family in and out of town and sometimes we need more than just the spare bedroom for sleeping space. Out of all the airbeds I have had over the years this really is top of the line so I can say you honestly get what you do get what you pay for! The fact that it was the only microfiber airbed we saw peaked my interest, our prior airbeds were mainly plastic sides with a velvety like top. This air mattress is fully Microfiber, durable material, and extremely light weight to move around. When we blew it up it inflated in under 2 minutes and seems to be built like a tank, very similar to a real bed. The bed is SO comfortable, I am not even kidding it literally sleeps like a real mattress. Another thing I noticed was after we blew it up like they stated this bed did not have a foul odor that stuck around like others claimed they had. It had that brand new smell and after about an hour there was no odor at all. Englander is a good Brand and has been around for a long time so for me spending the extra $20 bucks over the leading ones we saw was well worth the money. I would rather pay a little more and have the it last than cheap out on it and have my guest experience be unpleasant. We are thinking about getting another for our Airbnb in Denver since it will allow some more people to stay and we trust they will have a good sleep experience. One thing I will note, this held air the whole time, the instructions did say to top it off with some air after 24 hours because the microfiber material will stretch. The warranty on it was the best we saw on Amazon, many beds we looked at only had 30 days! The company keep us n the loop when the bed shipped and sent another message after we received it checking in to see if we had any questions. I like that they put their customer service information on the bed along with the phone number in case there are any issues, quality products and good support go a long way with me. Spend the extra money and give it a try, I am sure you will have the same experience we have

We loved the air mattress. BUT after only using it a couple times, it wouldn’t hold air. Since it was 60 days after Amazon purchase, Amazon wouldn’t do an exchange. But the manufacturer does a 5 year warranty. They sent a replacement within the week, and they were super responsive and helpful. 10/10 would recommend for the customer service alone. Only reason I gave 4 stars is because our first mattress did spring a slow leak so quick. Hopefully the second holds up

*first photo of our comfy bed made!! *second photo is of the seam failure in first bed (please read review) THE FIVE YEAR WARRANTY IS REAL!!!⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ I purchased this air bed in August 2020 for my toddler and myself for daily use. I used a 2" memory foam topper along with a mattress pad and it was so comfortable! We used it for naps and bedtime, but then the bed started losing air. I eventually found that it was a seam failure. A patch wouldn't fix a seam failure so I contacted customer service. I CANNOT TELL YOU HOW HELPFUL AND KIND THEIR CUSTOMER SERVICE IS! To be honest, I don't think I've ever had better customer service than for this bed! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ The customer service rep took my order number, and sent an email asking me to describe the problem, which I did. I was then sent a replacement air bed at no cost to me! I didn't even have to return the defective one! OUTSTANDING CUSTOMER SERVICE! With the bed I received, the second one, I encountered the same problem, a failure along the same seam. Again I contacted customer service and the customer service representative was so nice to me and even remembered me!! He told me to describe the problem in the email that he sent to me and that I would receive a replacement which I did!! THIRD TIME'S A CHARM!! I think the first two beds might have just been from a bad batch because we've been sleeping on the third one for months now, every night, and we love it! Like I said, since I use the bed for daily use, I added a 2" memory foam topper along with a padded mattress protector over top of that. To further protect it I put another padded mattress protector on the bottom and another deep sheet. I also added an elastic bedskirt so it looks like a real bed! :) And I find it very comfortable and my now 2-year-old sleeps like a baby, LOL!! The bed hasn't bubbled out on the sides and has held its shape which is great! As for bedding they sell it here on Amazon, the 22-in deep padded mattress protectors and bed sheets and they work with the bed, even with the topper!! Overall I'd definitely recommend this air bed!! The 5 year warranty cannot be beat, (protect your investment) it's so worth the extra twenty bucks!! Excellent and kind customer service!! The bed itself sleeps like a real mattress so it would make a great guest bed too!! The air bed inflates really quick and easy!! There's also a deflate valve so it makes it easy to quickly get all the air out of the bed to fold it up for storage!! It even comes with a carry bag to store the deflated air bed in when not in use. The bag itself is well made, has a drawstring and two handles, great for travel! Outstanding customer service for an excellent and comfortable bed! I highly recommend this product!!
