Installed all 4 mounts in just two hours. Had no issues. Passenger side was a bit more difficult with all the AC lines in the way. Removing the bracket on the top of the mount made all the difference. Installed on my 08 Civic LX Coupe. All these reviews of people saying holes didn't line up obviously didn't know what they were doing. Definitely saving these so I can buy again ... show more

These were not that easy to install, but I got better as I went along. I had to loosen everything and start again to get everything to fit. Without a floor jack I would not ever try. Someone to help comes in very handy. I never thought of motor mounts as something I would attempt to replace. This review is from installing on a 2010 Civic Coupe LX (1.8L automatic): The A4530 (passenger-side engine mount) has different dimensions from the OEM part, which to install, will require either stressing & bending the engine mount support and attached components, or adding in your own spacer. The trouble is that the OEM A4530's height from the base to the top shelf, which has two bolt holes to attach to the nearby support, is 4.5" (11.5cm). This kit uses an engine mount that is about 4-3/8" (10.5cm) to this shelf. Please see picture for difference in dimension. I alternated the parts a couple times after wondering why the new part wouldn't fit with the support, only to see that it's because it wasn't even manufactured to the original dimensions. There's slightly over a 1/4", or about a cm, between the original mount and this seller's mount. Obviously, if you're buying this part, using OEM part is not critical to you. However, I believe you will find that it's important that the part fits, and does not require modifying your engine bay. I did not get around to installing the other mount, as I will seek a refund.
