Not big enough

This is "13 Qt" size It's much smaller than I anticipated. It holds exactly 6 glass quart jars. It holds exactly 16 (12 oz) cans. That would be silly without any ice to fit. It is outside dimensions about 14 wide x 11.5 H x 9.5 D Can't speak to usability since we are exchanging it. Gave it full stars because I should have paid attention to dimensions instead of listed volume. My error.

Good little cooler for the money, could use some minor improvements.
Color: Tan
Pretty decent little cooler for the price. The latches are stainless steel. The hinges are plastic and unfortunately lack a significant overtravel stop, relying on the hinge itself to hold the lid in the open position. As long as it's used properly it should be fine but accidental pressure in the open position would certainly break the hinge or the supporting plastic. Another apparent weak point is the slots for the carry strap. These work fine but the material is fairly thin and not well reinforced for some reason (although it would have been easy to radius those corners when designing the mold and prevent the stress riser but I'm no engineer). Again, as long as you have the strap on correctly it should be fine in proper usage. The seals are made of foam instead of silicone or rubber. Not sure how that'll hold up long term. It does keep things reasonably cool, but a cooler of this size doesn't hold much anyway so it's fine for a couple of lunches and a six-pack, making it good for daytripping, tailgating, picnicking, or whatever.

Outstanding product. I am a conductor for a large railroad. We spend countless hours on locomotives and in away from home terminal hotels. Having a durable and practical cooler is a must. I have two different sizes and could not be more pleased.

durability
I work at a coal mine, others like RTIC I have used and may brands of lunchboxes will only lasted about one year, the soft side ones with zippers the zipper will break in a year. I got this one Jan 14, 2022, I run a D-11 cat when you stand just outside of the door your about 9-10 feet off the ground and about 4-5 feet above the steel tracks, I stepped out to go home and dropped this box it fell a good 8 feet from shoulder height to the tracks bounced a few times hit the push arm and landed on the ground, I just knew it would be busted up, when I picked it up there was no damage I'm using it to this day. and I have no doubt that I will be using it 2 years from now everything works now as it did when it was new. coal mine equipment is unforgiving on anything that is in it or on it, it will tear up everything. There are other workers with this same box and not one of them have had any trouble out of them. Now with that sad this is a day box No it will not hold ice for days how long I do not know I use it for a lunchbox, and I'll put two thin ice packs in it, and they will steal be partly frozen when I get home about 13hours later I will also use it for day outings on the boat or at the beach and it works nice for that because its small and lightweight. the one I have is the 13 QT.
