Have a PNW forest kindergartner and needed to replace a pair of XtraTuf boots but opted for these in particular because of the seamless design, heel and lining. I sized up because the lining looked thick in photos and they fit my child comfortably with thin merino wool/snow performance style socks. They’re holding up on terrain test so far (lots of ascent hiking on forest trail, climbing boulders & fell trees). Hopefully they last longer than I anticipate. Also, a great looking boot for the minimalists out there.

Bought these for my five year old for this winter- they’re perfect if you live in the snow- outside of them are water proof- inside fur lined and keeps toes nice and toasty we bought another pair in another color! I wish they made adult sizes !
