I stand at 5'6", and these boots gallantly protect up to just below my knees. Rain, shine, or muck, my legs remain unscathed. And that nifty boot hitch on the heel? A godsend for easy removal after a long day. I usually opt for half sizes, but had to go up a full size with these. No regrets! With my penchant for thick socks, they fit like a dream. These are the best boots I have ever owned! I use them mainly for farming purposes but they are practical for daily wear also. They are truly 100% waterproof all the way up and stay WARM. The water could be freezing and you still won't notice you are in it. They are not too heavy making it easy to trek through muddy and wooded areas. I am 5' and they protect almost to my knee. I recommend sizing up to give yourself room for socks I generally wear a 7.5 I bought an 8 and they fit great with warm socks(not that you needthem) these boots will keep your feet warm for sure! Even in cooler days I have found myself rolling down the top because my feet are so warm. They offer a thicker sturdy toe that provides extra protection when the hogs try nipping at me. Lastly(promise) I have wider calves and they still fit good they aren't too tight and slip right on and off with ease.

I purchased my first pair in 2021. They lasted until this year when the bottom sole came loose. These boots are amazingly comfortable, warm, durable and nice looking on. I was very happy when I found out they were still being sold! I LOVE these boots!

I recently moved from a very warm climate to a very cold climate. There has been a decent amount of snow, and then slushy mud once it thawed. I needed boots that would stay dry, keep my feet warm, and not send me sliding across anything frozen (again, this climate is new to me, so I walk like a baby giraffe on roller skates in ice and snow). I found everything I needed in these boots. I have skinny chicken legs, and while these aren’t tight on my calves by any means, they fit nicely without too much of a gap between them and my legs. I have been on my feet between concrete and mud/snow/ice for several hours and they remained comfortable with no achy feet at the end of the day. I love that I can basically spray them down with a hose and they come clean. If you’re thinking about buying muck boots, and you want comfort, warmth, waterproofing, and decent traction, don’t look any further. Buy these!! I did size up a size, knowing I would be wearing very thick socks (or 2 pair of socks at a time), and they fit perfectly.
