I purchased this air mattress/bed after reading all of the positive reviews and I'm glad that I did. All the positive points were accurate; inflated quickly, good quality,etc. And, despite the few negative reviews about it not holding air, I can only say that those people must have gotten a defective product because not only did mine hold air for at least a couple of months, I even had to let a little air out at one point. Now...as for the warranty. The 2 year warranty is the primary reason that I'm writing this review so that potential purchasers will know that they are not lying. After close to 3 months, though it had held air that entire time, all of a sudden it began losing air to the point that it became completely deflated within a few hours. Try as I might, I could not find a leak, so...I called them on the phone to let them know. Not only were they gracious, they kept their word about the 2 year warranty and sent me a new mattress! Over the years I've noticed that people will clamor to write a bad review if they are unhappy with a product or service, but if they're happy with the product they won't take the time to write about their positive experience. I'm of the philosophy that if something is good, it's only right and proper to acknowledge that, so I am. Now...allow me to make a suggestion to the company/manufacturers...you need to make a version of this mattress WITH AN INFLATABLE HEADBOARD like some of the other air mattress companies do. Your product not having one is one of only 2 criticisms that I have about your product. The first is that though you do indeed have the fastest built in pump to inflate the mattress, it's also the loudest. Where I live there are other people who have to get up very early to go to work and when my mattress started losing air in the middle of the night I was to afraid to inflate it as I was concerned that the loudness would wake everyone up. My second criticism is the headboard issue. As much as I love your air mattress, I will never buy it again unless you add the inflatable headboard option to some of them. Every night I had to pick my pillows up off the floor because they would fall off the edge despite the fact that I had the head of the bed against the wall. I'm now using an air mattress that does have an inflatable head board as part of the bed and the difference is like night and day. I sleep more soundly and am a lot more comfortable because I'm not waking up a number of times each night to retrieve my pillows. I buy air mattresses on a continual basis and if you guys would make one with the head board option I would buy it repeatedly for the rest of my life. Thank you. ... show more

I had no idea what air mattress to get. I wanted a semi inexpensive one that didn't leak, but was also comfortable. The intention is that I will sleep on this for about a month. First night review- easy set up. It definitely lost some air during the night, but not enough for me to have notice while laying down in it. I'm sitting on the side of it and its definitely squishy. I will fill it with more air before sleeping on it again. It was honestly very comfortable, and at times I forgot I was on an air mattress. I usually sleep with a topper on my mattress, and will throw one on this, but I don't really need it. I will update this on whether or not the air consistently leaks and becomes a problem. When I received my mattress, I was so pleased for a month or so. Then, for some reason, I got a leak. I found it and fixed it, but within days, my mattress still would not keep the air, and I could not find any other leaks. I then assumed that the problem had to be internal. I contacted the company that sells the mattress, and they are sending me a new one. I am thrilled, because I really liked the way the mattress slept before the issue started. I know that sometimes you can get a defective product at no one's fault, and I am just thrilled the company was nice enough to replace it. I expect this one to last. I ordered the queen according to my receipt, but I definitely received the twin size mattress. Luckily we haven’t needed it for more than one person at a time. I didn’t unbox it for several months after purchase so I don’t think the sellers will refund the price difference or send a new one. Motor during INflation is VERY LOUD and whiny, but deflating is pretty quiet in comparison. Good quality and decent cost. Love the travel or storage bag for it and that the cord hides completely and safely into the end of the mattress when not in use. ... show more

I bought this very comfortable air mattress through Amazon. In about a year, it had very light use, only a few times.We discovered a problem literally minutes before the one-year limited warranty was up. I immediately went to their website and looked for instructions on how to deal with a problem (there is a whole section on troubleshooting and repairs due to wear or accidents. I was expecting a hassle, with the possibility that the manufacturer would try to use the warranty period as an excuse not to stand behind their product. I was very pleasantly surprised. Their first email to me explained that they are a small family-run business and are not available on weekends, but that they would contact me again on Monday to help me resolve my issue. ... show more

This was the easiest to set up. When I got it, I immediately inflated it and put it in my living room. I tried laying on it and it was Very comfortable. The next night it had deflated a little bit, but it was quite easy to add more air. It did have a new smell and I read a few reviews and someone suggested to leave up inflated for a few days. I left it inflated for 2 weeks. I know but I got used to it being in my living room. It was easy to deflate and fold it up, and then to put it in the bag that it came with. I slept on it at my mom's when we came up to visit. I slept pretty good, I brought sheets with me and my pillow- very comfortable. I am 5',9" and it was longer than me. It is not heavy to move when it is inflated, I was able to stand it up and have it lean against the closet, so we could have some room in the bedroom.
