I previously had handles with plastic fasteners, but these seem better. It does look like some fraying is starting to occur. That is why I gave it 4 stars. It is not too bad yet. If it continues then I will update my review. I took a picture of one part that I could get a good angle on. There are other parts that have strings coming apart. It is just one piece here and there. I know the description said for Jeep but I wanted something for the golf cart and figured they would work and they did. I am very happy with how they attached and now the back seat has handles to hold for the guests. they are well made and the velcro is strong too. I don't see how they would fall off when being grabbed either. So far they are working wonderfully... ... show more

My husband and I recently added to our Jeep family with a newer Wrangler. We wanted to get handles more for aesthetic, but surprisingly, we use them more than we thought. I had plastic ones, but these seem to be a bit more comfortable in a grip. They're easy to install and aesthetically, they look rough and active, like you'd expect out of a Wrangler. However, after some use, the braiding is starting to show some wear and tear and that's after almost 2 months of use. Thankfully they don't cost very much, but if they don't last longer than 6 months before looking really frayed, we may go with another option instead... ... show more

These are very sturdy and were fairly easy to put on, hardest part was the Velcro sticking together before I got it around the bar. They have nice, thick handles. The Velcro holds tight.

I love grab bars. I grew up 4 wheeling and it just feels natural to have my hand on a grab bar even when I am riding in a car. These bars are super was to install (and to remove), but look very finished once they are hanging in your Jeep. The paracord portion is nice and neat, tightly wrapped, and seems very durable for normal use. I've had 200+# people use them to pull themselves up into my Jeep so the cording and the mount are very robust and didn't make me worry that I'd pull on them only to be left with it hanging in my hand and with me or a passenger on the road surface. Great price point and looks sharp, so if you're looking for a little something to add to your Jeep this is a good one to try out. ... show more

I have had my Jeep Wrangler for quite a few years, along with the constant repairs and upkeep…and as I get older, I am finding it harder to maneuver around the Jeep with the lift kit and all. So, recently, I am looking for any assistance I can get to make life a little bit more easier! I installed these grip handles directly over the driver’s side door as well as the passenger side, onto the roll bars. Simple install…minutes! They are strong for my 200 plus pound body to pull myself up! I have been using the steering wheel, which isn’t a good thing. These are the perfect fix and with all my passengers, they have used the handle and whipping right up and in. I am now thinking to get another set for the center roll bar for the rear passenger, as I have a 2 seater. Great find! ... show more
