I already have glass bottles as you can see. 3 different purchases. I wanted 16 oz but needed a smaller fit so that I could fit them in my dorm size refrigerator that I have in my bedroom. They give you 20 and sponge cleaner. Juicing is great but not fun when you find everyone is drinking your fresh pressed juice that you've made for your personal use. So now, I dont have to go to a refrigerator with out not finding my juice. I also use them for my personal filtered water. But again, I put them upstairs in my room. I wanted something reusable instead of buying plastic water bottles every week. I would have left 5 stars but 2 of the bottles have broken in the month they've been in use. That wouldn't be a problem if they'd been dropped or something of that nature but they were just sitting in the sink waiting to be washed when one broke. The other was just gently setting it down. The rest are going strong so far so maybe those 2 had minor defects that made the bottom bust? Still happy with my purchase and will purchase more when I need them. They hold up to the dishwasher well and even the lids can be washed in my dishwasher. No problems with leaking, we often put flavor packs in them and shake with the lid on and no drops escape. (The same cannot be said for the cheap plastic walmart water bottles.) Highly recommend for reducing plastic consumption. ... show more

My first shipment had 4 broken bottles. The glass has some imperfections on many of them and the do break easy. Thickness is ok. If you have responsible people living in your home 🙄 these are a good investment.
