It appears to be what it’s supposed to be! One thing missing in the description is that it *does* have the pull cords for gathering. Which I didn’t need for my current project, but it’ll be useful later. Perfect for hanging my converted curtains! I made inverted pleats and had sewn them down already- but the material wasn’t suitable for the usual curtain pin hooks.     • Needs to be sold in smaller bolts.

It is exactly what I was looking for to complete my project, however, I would like to have purchased it in smaller lengths. There is 98 feet of this stuff and at a very good price but I will never use the remaining 90 feet. I do recommend it for projects but cannot say what to do with the remainder.
