I like this chair alot. The thing is huge, big enough for a small adult or teenager and I like that the cover comes off to wash. They also have great customer service. Our chair was delivered in the rain and it got wet. They were super helpful. I deducted one star for the comfort category bc its definitely not "cuddly".
