My community was one of the hardest hit by Hurricane Helene. It will take us months or years to recover and it still appears like an artillery strike up here on the mountain. Even though I know quite a bit about about survival and disaster preparedness, the book was very helpful. EJ personally delivered the book to my home when he was helping our community recover, and he too was shocked at the amount of devastation and destruction. After you get through the authors' ego induced praise of himself as a "Naked and Afraid" survivor you wonder why this guy is writing a book about home preparedness. Couple this with the poorly lit and downright creepy basement phonographs of the stone faced author displacing equipment you can't see on paper so thick you can barely turn a page and you have yourself a brick of a book with nothing notable to offer. ... show more
