EMBER NEVER LET ME DOWN... LOVE LOVE LOVE

This cup never worked.
Color: White
I tried on so many different occasions to get this cup to work but to no avail. Ember says to contact supplier but this platform is telling me to contact Ember. So now I have a heavy paper weight.

Great gift
Color: White
I got this for my father for Christmas as he has a long commute, he uses it everyday and says it performs consistently and keeps his coffee hot throughout the commute

Support the Idea but not yet a good product.
Color: White
I love the product when I first received it. I personalized the LED lights to be my name and my phone number which is super cool. Then the second day using it I realize some issues: 1. Battery life is extremely short. You can only use them on your desk and make sure your mug charger is there. 2. The capacity is really small. 300ml? Not even enough to drink for a 30 min walk to the park. 3. White color is impossible to clean. I used the mug for my morning supplements, which are in green color. The Mug lid is very green now both in and out. 4. Easy to break!!! The lid stopped locking to remain open on the 3rd day. Oh, also make sure you don't place them on the mug charger while it's not 100% dry! I love the idea but this mug has bought me more trouble than actually enjoy it. I would like to get a refund.

INFERIOR PRODUCT
Color: White
All I wanted is for this travel mug to keep my coffee warm/hot. That is all I asked and the Ember was unable to get that done. I don’t think that was too much to ask for considering that was supposedly the purpose of this travel mug. Did I just get a dud!? I gave it several chances and the battery was always full when I filled the mug with coffee. I wouldn’t know if I am not doing it correctly because it did not come with any instructions. I rarely give low grades on products but I feel this one earned it. All I wanted was for it to keep a cup of coffee warm, it was unable to do that. :(

Keeps the coffee at the perfect temperature
Color: White
Keeps my coffee hot when it’s cold out. It keeps it at the most perfect temperature. Great product.

Seems fine so far
Color: White
First one broke down after like 3 uses, but they replaced it. Let's see how long this one keeps. Also battery could be better.

Lid breaks
Color: White
This purchase was horrible. The Lid breaks in the closed position after a month of use. Talk to Amazon about it and they say I have to go to the seller. I go to the seller who tells me I have to go to Amazon because that’s where I bought it. All could’ve been resolved by sending a replacement lid, instead I’m going through the nightmare return process.
