All those other backdrop stands do truly have an adjustable crossbar.. but this one DOES! plus it feels so much more sturdier than the other ones and it actually is super tall.. It's a bit more but worth it in my opinion. Spend $20 more and get this one.

The stand seems fine. Can't hold a lot of weight but it should serve it's intended purpose. However, I do not approve of the carry bag. It is not a bag, it is a wrap. doesn't keep dust off the product because it is not filly covered and closed.
