Love, love, love this mattress! I have a $2000 TempurPedic at another home, and this one is just as comfortable. I did a lot of research and reading of reviews before buying, and this one lives up to all the good reviews. Absolutely NO smell, and within minutes of unrolling it was expanded to full height, evenly and all around. Could have slept on it immediately. With two sleeping surfaces giving options for degree of firmness, we prefer the softer side. We are average-sized people (140lb and 180lb) and after 3 weeks of sleeping, no signs of depressions in the foam. My only minor criticism is that the cover is slippery, my Allergen mattress protector slides around on it a little. Nothing a new protector won’t solve, I hope.

I've slept on it for about a week now and its extremely comfortable! Haven't slept this good in years and definitely keeps you cool. It was heavy bringing upstairs but was easy to unpack and set up. It fluffed up quickly. And there was no smell at all.

This mattress replaced our old temper-pedic. It fluffed up great and honestly we used it the first night because it was fully inflated. But, after two night's sleep it didn't feel to me as soft as it should. It has been advertised as soft on one side and medium firm on the other. We had placed it on the soft side and I was waking up with horrible lower back pain. I called Amazon and they told me to give it a few more days. I googled how to make a memory foam mattress softer and one of of the things they suggested was to get rid of the box spring because they made the bed feel harder. Memory foam beds are designed to be used without a box spring. We still had our old temper-pedic box spring on the bed. So, we switched that out for a 14 in metal king bed frame and poof, magic, soft bed. I felt the difference immediately. I absolutely love this bed now. I look forward to getting in it. It's like a cloud to me, a big fluffy marshmallow that plops right back up once I move or get off. I do have a 4 inch foam gel topper on it that we've had for years but the combo is perfect. The box frame was making it hard and not allowing it to conform to my body and support it appropriately. Glad it's gone. So, if you buy it and it feels too hard for you, try this!

The mattress was ready within minutes after opening the vacuum sealed packaging. Did not have an odor, no issues. That being said…it is VERY FIRM, and I’m saying that as someone who likes a firm mattress. But it’s not my bed - it is for my sons room and he doesn’t care, he likes it, but when he jumps into bed it’s more like a thud.

This bed is amazingly soft! Me and my lady needed a king sense we have two dogs and this bed and the bed frame we got of Amazon is amazing!! Will never go buy a bed at a store ever again! Also came with a warranty that is 2 years just in case anything happens and it was only $50 to protect a $600 bed! Not a bad deal what so ever we are very impressed! 10 out of 10!

****BEST TYPE OF MATTRESS IN BOX**** Before buying this mattress, I was quite skeptical. I went to furniture stores like Macy’s, Boscov‘s etc, and was very close to buying a mattress near $1000.
