It’s a very nice size and it’s very durable. It comes with a wristlet so you can take it anywhere. It’s a hard case so it has a great protective barrier for your items. The zipper is nice quality and of course it’s very pretty.

I am diabetic. I had a similar case that came with my order for Lantus Solorstar. This one is a little sturdier than the soft case I had and wore out. Fits about 5 pens and enough needles to last me two weeks when traveling. I would recommend this case.

Capacious and useful, but surprisingly fragile for the price. One of the zipper pulls fell off a few months in. I replaced it with a glow in the dark charm on a split ring and squished it shut with my pliers. Just over a year of bumping around in my tote bag and the coating is coming off the FAKE leather at the corners. The thing about fake leather is, once it starts peeling there is no stopping it, and a peeled case looks super tacky. I am using this for the medications I need for my cancer treatment side effects & pain. Holds a 13 dram prescription bottle nicely with room to spare for my lidocaine cream tube, a four compartment pill case, and a seemingly endless amount of tiny things in the top compartment. Like others, I picked this for the bright color so it would stand out amongst my goth accessories. The color says green but I consider turquoise to be blue. When I replace it (which may be soon), I may look for a box with a fabric exterior so it won't peel off like this one is. The plastic zipper itself has held up to my abuse but the pull tab really shouldn't have fallen off. ... show more

I am not technically a diabetic. I had a kidney transplant in November 2023 and was asked to start monitoring my blood sugars due to the high amounts of steroids I am taking. Although I was surprised to be treated like a diabetic as a nurse I understood that good glucose control helps ensure optimal wound healing. While I was still in the hospital I started researching on Amazon for a container to hold my new glucose meter and related supplies. The first one I ordered was too big. This one is perfect! You can see from one of the pics that the length is a bit over the size of a pen. I wanted something I could easily throw in a medium to large purse. Disclaimer: I did not buy this to hold any insulin. Thankfully I can keep my long acting insulin at home or at work so I don’t need to cart any insulin around. I looked at buying an insulated little bag for insulin but ultimately decided to hold off for now. I included a picture or two of how I organized my glucose checking supplies at home in an inexpensive organizer from Target. I hope these thoughts help someone else who is new at this way of life. I was not too excited about checking my sugars regularly but now am used to the minor pokes so it’s not that bad. I’m ready to do almost anything to help myself get better and to help the doctors figure out the hot mess that is my health this year. 😁 ... show more
