I used these in art class with my third graders to make thick black lines on their Romero Britto paintings. They worked awesome! I used them with two classes and they were still working okay towards the end, a few seemed to be already wearing out. I hope they can last at least another year.

I’ve had a couple of these white Painters—I’ve found they last a surprisingly long time for what I use them for—adding details to mixed media drawings—a snowy look to trees or highlights on skulls, for example. I make art every week. I highly recommend this white marker if you want to add bright, opaque white to a project. Doesn’t take very long to dry on the surfaces I use—mailing labels, watercolor paper, Artist Trading Cards of various quality. I’ve never tried them on fabric. It didnt give me the high gloss sheen I was looking for while outlining a project painted with oil base gloss paint. It did mark very well however. If I had used it on an oil filter to date it, it would of worked great.

Excellent but you need to shake it hard. I did not shake it enough at first and nothing would come out. I used it to paint a line on a torsion spring for a garage door (much neater than using spray paint).

Worked well on a tshirt for me. I went over the letters I added to the shirt a few times just to make sure it was easy to read and that picture is how it looks after washing and drying the shirt once. Make sure to put cardboard behind it or it will bleed through to the back of the shirt. As you can see, it wasnt as bright white as the original letters printed on the shirt but for my purposes I didnt want it to match perfectly because I wanted it to look homemade. ... show more

I bought 3 brands of white opaque paint markers to try and this was easily the best in every way: opacity, ease of use, and a good tip. With this pen I only needed 1-2 coats to get the opacity I wanted. The tip is well made so the fibers dont get trapped by rough spots in the wood.
