I like it, It's pretty light. I got the adult size, it fits perfectly and adjustable, and easy to put on. The black color looks pretty cool. Feels pretty durable and has decent resistance. Product is perfect in almost every way it's good quality you can tell its well made but its 1 flaw is the most important, theres almost 0 resistance i got a 72inch wingspan ,& on all 3 settings theres near no resistance no pull on the 1st 2 settings you can send your arm straight out nothing pulling it back 3rd setting thats when resistance comes in but its really no pull back, as constructive criticism they need to move the 3rd band setting at the halfway point if they want it to work, or sell seperate bands that can stretch but are shorter something I like it but theres gotta be a fix ... show more

i’ve always wanted a boxing harness, and this one is honestly great, it does pretty much everything thing you want it to do and it comes with its own set of gloves it’s comfortable it’s light weight and easy to adjust.

Its not what its look like, bad quality and the resistance is too low because the bands are long you barely get resistance

Little to no resistance, Even on the most difficult setting. Maybe if you’re one of the weakest men on the planet, you’ll benefit from it… otherwise… nope.

Great for conditioning, and cardio! I’m a shorter guy so a lot of these harnesses rarely fit me but the adjustable straps are perfect for getting the right fit. Super lightweight and comfortable to train in. Practically zero chafing.
