This weighted basketball makes my workouts more engaging and provides an effective workout for my hands, wrists, and arms. The smaller size 3 design is easy to handle, while the added weight makes dribbling drills feel more effective. I also use it for a few basic upper-body exercises. I especially like the material because it helps my fingers maintain a secure grip and gives me better control of the ball. It’s useful for both basketball practice and general exercise, and for the price, I think it’s a really good buy.

I got this Size 3 Mini Weighted Basketball for my son, and it works really well for training. The smaller size is easy for kids to handle, while the extra weight helps improve hand strength, ball control, and dribbling skills. It feels sturdy and has a nice grip, so it doesn’t slip easily during practice. It is also very nice to have a free, good-quality pump, which is very convenient. Overall, the quality is better than I expected.

Ball is still to light. Player stated it felt like a regular ball but smaller. If you're looking for a weighted mini-basketball, ideally it should weight at least 2lbs. It depends on your athlete and training.

Great for ball handling Bought this for my 13-year-old daughter and she's been using it before practice. The extra weight really makes her work harder on low dribbles and crossovers. She says her regular basketball feels much easier to handle afterward.

We already had the 94FT small ball and my son really liked it, so we wanted another Size 3 weighted ball for two-ball drills. We decided to try this MARVIZO one and honestly, it surprised us. The first thing we noticed was the feel. It's softer and grippier than the 94FT, and the material just feels really nice in your hands. The channels are also much deeper than I expected. I don't think I've seen anything like that on another Size 3 ball. The bounce is really good too. It feels stronger and more natural, almost more like a regular game basketball, which my son really likes when he's doing faster dribbling drills. A lot of this is actually feedback from my 13-year-old son. He's pretty serious about basketball and likes trying different training tools, so he notices small differences between balls pretty quickly. He's been really happy with this one and asked me to leave a review. Really happy with it so far. Hopefully it holds up well over time.

My teen daughter loves training with this ball. Even her coach uses it during workouts to build wrist strength and improve ball handling. It really helps her learn more advanced dribbling moves, and she feels much more confident when switching back to a regular basketball. Great quality and definitely worth it!

This weighted basketball is a great training tool for my middle schooler to work on her ball‑handling skills. It feels good in your hands and bounces well, and it was easy to inflate. However, it’s not very heavy — I was expecting it to be much heavier. It’s only slightly heavier than a regular mini basketball, so the resistance isn’t as strong as I anticipated. The price is pretty steep at $48.88. Similar weighted balls are around $25, and even the larger weighted ball from this same brand costs less. While the ball itself is well‑made and comfortable to use, the price doesn’t quite match the weight or performance. Overall, it’s a decent training ball, but lighter than expected and priced higher than comparable options. I took a star off for the high price.
