I'm NOT a Basket Ball player at all I bought this Ball to use as a massager for my bad back. I slightly under inflated it and it works fantastically if you put it between your back and a comfortable Chair, Recliner or a wall and move your back to achieve a swell effect. I like the Color but more importantly it has a good tackiness so it is better than a slippery ball. If you have a bad back and nobody to give you massages when you need one; I recommend trying this out for yourself but Even If I Did Have A Masseuse, I would have her roll this around my back.
