This ball came with batteries already installed. There were three extra sets that came with it, plus the tool to install. We had a pin hole leak we found on first inflation, the vendor sent us a replacement right a way and we have had no problems since. It’s cool that it glows and I’m sure it’ll still be fun to play with at night BUT, it’s smaller than I expected, I ordered the large and it’s not a standard ball size , a bit smaller like for a younger kid basketball.
