This seems durable so far and water resistant. We definitely need a support support underneath. Our boat is 20 ft and we ended up getting the 21-24 and it does fit a little baggy but we wanted it to come down over the front of our pontoon boat. We originally ordered the 20 ft and it wasn’t long enough to cover the front walking area.

Everything feels good about this cover, BUT I bought this for my 24' pontoon, and this is VERY tight. It's tight to the point it feels like the corners where it wraps the floor trim is going to burst, and this is my first time using. Also, I think this is meant for a fully fenced-in 24' of boat deck. I have an older boat that has about 4 feet of open deck on the front so it has pockets that are destined to catch water. Will be continuing my search for a larger cover.

This item RUINED our BRAND NEW boat. We made one 40 mile trip with this cover and it tore completely in half but not before causing $6500 dollars in damage to our pontoon by rubbing through the lounger fabric. I'm sure it will be a cold day in hell before the company covered our damage. DEFINITELY NOT TRAILERABLE!!!!!!! Update: After getting an written estimate of the damage to our loungers it is up to $6500 in replacement costs. We are working with Amazon A-Z protection to try and cover this but so far not going very well. Will continue to update. 7/29/22 Update. It has now been about 2 months since filing a claim with Amazon A-Z protection does not look like this will get resolved so I guess bottom line is don't look to Amazon for any help. 8/22/2022 Contacted Amazon today for an update. I do not not believe their A-Z protection program even exists. I was not able to talk to anyone because everyone was out of the office. So don't be lured into a false sense of security, Amazon does not have your back and you already know the company is not going to step up to make it right. 10/18/22 Final update Amazon A-Z protection is not real do not believe anything you read they just keep asking for the same information until you give up. We ended up selling our boat at a loss so I guess Amazon wins.

I go through boat covers every 3 years, and I expect this one to get me through 3 years. So far it appears more durable than some boat covers I've had in the past. I'm covering a 21' pontoon, folded Bimini and 90hp outboard. All fit under the cover. Nice thing about this cover is the straps are very long and there are many places to connect to. They gave me more straps then I can use but this is great. The perimeter of the cover has very very strong elastic. I would never trailer with this cover, or any other cover for that matter .
