    • Red CNC Shifter Lever That Tightened Up My Shifting

This was for replacing a bent stock shifter on a small dirt bike that was starting to feel sloppy and hard to find gears with boots on. The original lever got tweaked from a tip over and it never sat quite right after that. I wanted a straight lever that looks decent and shifts clean. The lever feels solid and the machining is clean with no sharp edges. It slid onto the shift shaft snug and tightened down securely without stripping the pinch bolt. The red finish matches the bike well and it does not look cheap in person. On the first ride it made shifting feel more positive and consistent. Toe clearance is good and it is easier to upshift without hunting for the tip. After a few rides it has stayed tight and the finish still looks good. ... show more

The Tessants CNC all blue anodized dirt bike gear shifter is a poppin Yamaha blue dress up as well as a good quality add on with the spring loaded tip. Installation is as simple as removing one bolt from your old gear shifter, cleaning up the splines on your gearshift shaft, and sliding this new one on. Since the new bolt is tightened from the underside, it’s important to add some thread locker before tightening it up to assure that if it did potentially come loose, the bolt will not drop out. I’ve used multiple of these types of billet aluminum shifters, and have never had a problem. This one is pretty cool for dressing up my TTR 110 which I am experimenting with a current Supermoto build and throwing on a lot of blue anodized pieces. ... show more
