This is a fantastic projector screen. I was a bit worried about the assembly process so I was extra careful and it came out great. It took me about an hour to assemble but that was only because I was super careful and took my time with it. I love that it hangs on hooks and can easily be removed. I've hung and unhung it several times by myself but I definitely recommend that you have some help when hanging it since it's so big (135"). The only issue I have with the Cinegrey screen material is that it has a sparkly sheen to it. I have a short throw projector so I knew to stay away from the Cinegrey 3D but the material that I received has the sparkly effect that you would expect to see from a 3D or high gain material. It's more prominent when sitting directly in front of the screen and seems to show in the center.. I'm not sure if this was a mixup from the manufacturer or if this is the way that Cinegrey looks. It's not super noticeable but it does bother me a little. The other issue I have is that it doesn't sit flat against the wall. The only way I was able to fix this was to put a little bit of double sided tape on the bottom corners to keep it flat. I'm not sure if this is the screen not being flat or my wall. I'm going to assume that it's my wall. This is an awesome screen and I only deducted 1 star because of the glittery effect that I'm getting from it. It love it so much that I'm actually getting rid of my short throw for a better projector to fix the issue. ******UPDATE: After reading my review, Elite Screens graciously reached out to me regarding my issues with the screen and sent out replacement screen material. The replacement screen does not have the "gittery effect" issue so I'm happy. Kudos to their customer service for ensuring that I was happy. I've changed my review from 4 stars to 5 stars since they addressed the issue. ... show more

I got a 135 inch screen from Elite screens. Assembly takes some time if youre doing it by yourself. Stretching the screen over fram was a challenge at times and putting reinforcement brackets between frame bent the brackets a little as you can see in picture. Reinforcement brackets bend under the pressure needed to stretch screen. Screen still came out nice. ... show more

The packaging of the screen is horrible , excessive creasing, IN the box it tells you to stretch the screen on frame. I setup the screen multiple times and left it hanging. This slightly resolved the creases and wrinkles. Not normal, my friend bought a silver ticket screen and his screen was perfect and wrapped in a cylinder. I will return and order another elite screen because I sized the wall for it. Let's see what happens on my next order ... show more

We absolutely love our new screen. It only took about an hour to put together and about 15 minutes to hang. The picture looks amazing! Movie family night and sporting events will be epic! For now XBOX will have to do.

    • A company that listens to its customers is key! Gorgeous presentation.
This is a review for the 135", $699, fixed frame, CineGrey Matte Grey screen. After watching several videos to prepare for the assembly and installation of this screen, I was surprised to find that the latest version had velcro to attach the screen material and not hooks that many contributors complained about during the installation process. That said, it doesn't make it that much easier to stretch the screen onto the frame, but the end result is gorgeous! Following the instructions after I got the first corner attached, it seemed like the rest of the screen was not going to stretch to fit. But you really have to grab and pull to stretch it over each corner and along the edges to make it fit, and it will. The result is a completely smooth screen. Elite included all the tools you'll need to install this, and keep for other uses afterwards, which is really nice of them. I assembled and mounted, by myself, in about 2 hours. The black edging does have a bit of a reflective finish, so I think I'm going to apply some felt tape over that. Previously I had a projector screen-painted 16:9 application and recently purchased the Dangbei 4K laser projector. I wanted the best contrast and color saturation, so this is the screen I landed on. I have a dedicated theater space, so ambient light wasn't an issue. I don't notice a huge improvement overall I have to say, so I would recommend purchasing some of the test swatches Elite sells to match the best screen with your setup. But, I'm still happy overall as the presentation of the screen is more impressive and maybe/possibly it does add a bump of luma gain and contrast. I opted to buy the LED strip lights from another company at a much cheaper ($10) cost and it does add a nice touch. ... show more

Screen makes the image look great vs. No screen. Colors look good as well including the darks. It's really like watching a giant TV. I'm sure projector plays a big role as well but man I love this screen. I did everything myself (putting together and mounting.) Which I don't recommend. Find help. But I highly recommend screen. Wasn't super easy to put together but not the hardest. I think the hardest part was doing the springs making sure there were no wrinkles. But yea im enjoying the screen. ... show more

    • Very poor customer service!! Slow!!!! Refund no Refund
I have a 100” EliteScreen white screen. I ordered a 135” frameless screen for $950 and received the 120” sable which is a $417 screen. EliteScreens held my money 30 plus days and continues to push my refund out as the promised date nears. I wanted to purchase the correct screen but now I can’t see ever buying an EliteScreen or recommending ES to anyone. ... show more
