It can be worn on your duty belt or any belt up to 2.25" wide. The RIGID TQ Case holds your tourniquet securely in place utilizing friction, so there’s no straps, buckles or flaps to deal with. Fits the current generation C-A-T tourniquet and older models. Includes the latest generation of an authentic North American Rescue C-A-T Tourniquet.

Fit a standard CAT but very snug. Very, VERY snug but looks good on the duty belt. I purchased ranger green with the hopes of like an OD Green but it looks more like baby diarrhea :( . Anyways, definitely a good buy other than the color.
