These are great for people new to cupping themselves. I am using them to cup my c-section scar. They work pretty well. You have to use a lot of strength to get them to collapse to attach to skin, but once attached the suction is good and seems to be helping the mobility of the scar.

As a massage therapist I work on so many people whose muscles are totally impacted and have limited range of motion. Working with principals of zero gravity aka decompression-these suction cups create separation of the layers of skin, fascia, muscle. Clients get quick lasting relief from muscle restrictions and pain. Much more effective than deep tissue techniques.

These are easy to use and do create suction, but they seem to not be "deep" enough. I'm in my 30s and thin, so my skin is still fairly taut, but when the larger cups the skin that gets pulled in hits the inner rim. I still feel that the cups are doing something, but I'm not sure they feel as effective as other ones I've used in both suction and pain reduction.
