I purchased the ELEGX Pet Grooming Bath Massage Brush with the hope of making bath time easier for my pets, but it fell short of my expectations, leading to a 2 out of 5 star rating. On the positive side, the concept of combining a brush with a soap dispenser is innovative and could be a game-changer. The soft silicone bristles seemed gentle enough for both my long and short-haired pets. Also, the blue color of the brush is quite appealing. However, the execution of this product has significant room for improvement. Firstly, the soap and shampoo dispenser mechanism is flawed. It either dispenses too much product or none at all, making it hard to regulate the amount of shampoo used during bath time. This leads to either wastage or insufficient cleaning. Additionally, the brush’s effectiveness on different fur types is questionable. While the bristles are soft, they struggle to penetrate the thicker coats of my long-haired pets, reducing the efficiency of the cleaning process. The durability of the brush is another concern. After a few uses, it started showing signs of wear and tear, which is disappointing for a product meant to withstand regular use. In summary, while the ELEGX Pet Grooming Bath Massage Brush offers a promising combination of features, its performance and build quality are lacking. When I took it out the Amazon package I instantly noticed how damaged the box was and dirty. When I took the tool out it was also dusty but had no obvious hair in it so I’m assuming it was just sitting for a while. Using this product is very easy, and it is helpful when washing my dog making things easier. I do recommend but please don’t send me anything else this dusty again. ... show more

Loved it probably because i own a cat. Read lot of other reviews saying they dont like the softness of the bristles or the cheap flimsy way the plastic bends which fair. But my kitty obvs hates bathtime and now i can get her wet without getting in the tub. Then soap and rinse easy peasy. Part of that is the water and soap slowly leaks out of it which for me was a plus but i could see how it might not work if you really needed to scrub. All in all wonderfull for my cats bathtime so 10 outa 10. ... show more

The shampoo didn’t come out of it that easy and didn’t make for easier scrubbing, it’s flimsier than I thought. I think my dog liked the feeling of it but was not something that made bath time easier or less messy.
