You can't beat it for the price. Arrived on a freight truck with no exterior damage. I picked this one as it is a few inches taller and several of us are around or just above, 6ft. Installation is pretty straight forward. The instructions mention pre-drilled holes in the top and bottom rail. My kit had no holes in the bottom rail but did have them in the top. If you trim to fit, you will cut off one hole on top if you need more than 3/4". Probably better that if there are no holes, but there would need to be instruction as to where to drill. I'm fairly handy so I didn't have any issues determining where to drill the holes to attach the top and bottom rails. ... show more

Nice shower door.....looks good installed. Instructions were OK not the best but certainly enough. Parts were marked well so you can compare the page diagram to the parts needed. The only difficulty is trimming the base and top bar to fit your opening. Probably best to have a good electric metal cutoff saw versus the manual hacksaw I had to use. ... show more

The materials are excellent quality, and the installed product looks great. The installation guide covers the basics only, so spend some time familiarizing yourself with the procedures, as you may have to do some things differently. For example, my tub is a single unit has includes the plastic molded wall 'tiling'. So I did not need to use the screw-hole wall-plugs. Instead I used a smaller drill bit and screwed directly into the into the 3/4 inch thick plastic. Also, the corners between the walls and the tub are rounded, and so I had to shape the bottom and side extrusions to match. All in all you may need some good tools and ingenuity to get the job done. Oh, and FedEx really did their best to destroy the package, and some parts were damaged (not the glass, thankfully). The supplier immediately offered replacements for the damaged parts. ... show more

The instruction 'manual' drawings (no photos) did not even match my doors. I figured it all out eventually but the 'hardware' is kind of a joke - small screws, plastic guides. The main guide to keep the doors separated in the middle has no way to attach it to the bottom rail - I ended up using silicon but even then the doors rattle. Needs improvement. ... show more

Delivered box looked like it'd been through a war zone, with a tear in the cardboard exterior and one of the plastic shipping straps hanging off; but thankfully all the contents were intact. As other reviewers have stated, the directions leave a bit to be desired, and you have to think your way through what's not spelled out. I had to cut the top and bottom horizontal metal tracks to the length of my enclosure, and fortunately I have all the tools, but the DIY-er might not (power miter saw with carbide blade, large file, etc) The finished project looks professionally installed and I have to say these doors are impressive. All the hardware fit perfectly, the leveled doors slide effortlessly, the frame seems quite sturdy, and once sealed (GE Advanced Silicone 2 is the only way to go), I have to say I'm really happy I spent the money and took the time for this project. Pro tip: buy a silicone shower squeegee and clear the water off the interior side of the shower doors after your shower, and the glass will stay crystal clear :) Update: These doors continue to operate flawlessly, and 4 yrs later it's still one if the better upgrades I've made to my place :) ... show more

This shower glass door is affordably priced. It looks expensive and quality is sturdy . It was easy to install. Only recommendation is to have a small round felt pad near the shower handle to damper the noise contact when you slide the door open . Overall I’m pleased with this shower door.

    • Broken in box. Ya win some ya lose some.

This door was delivered directly to our garage where it ended up sitting for some time due to delays by our contractor (tiling issues) and home insurance adjuster. So it ended up being left untouched in the original packaging for a few months. Contractor arrived yesterday to finally finish and informed me this morning that half of the door was broken and shattered when he opened the box. Contacted to see if we could work out a replacement but this company didn’t bother actually speaking, just closed the request. This particular project has been a complete renovation nightmare so I guess this was just par for the course. In hindsight I should have checked it immediately on delivery—but what’s a clumsy woman to do? I thought it’d be safer unmoved. Sigh. ... show more
