    • Different color than shown, but beautiful & feels like all cotton!
I couldn't find 100% cotton sheers in the olive shade I was looking for, so I finally decided to try this pair, described as 80% polyester/20% cotton. I ordered the "sage green" color, as it looks like a medium-light olive in the product images, and I'm redecorating my bedroom in shades of olive green. In person, it's much more brownish than shown, and a more accurate color name would be light olive drab, or maybe moss or khaki green. (I think of sage as a light gray-green that's slightly on the blue side, not the yellow side, and that does not describe this color.) However, I'm still giving these sheers a 5-star rating because A) they're GORGEOUS, with subtle variation in the shades of the yarns used that adds depth and softness, and B) this is the first time I've ever bought a textile product described as a cotton/poly blend that felt and acted like it was 100% cotton! Usually it's the other way around if anything, haha. Even just removing them from the package, I was amazed at the very soft, cottony feel, and after hand washing them, I'm actually questioning the 80%-poly description. I think it's very likely that these are really 80% cotton, and 20% poly at most. Due to their sheerness and the color variation in the fabric, they'll still look great with the olive colors in my bedroom, even though they're a bit more on the brown side than I expected. They have that high-quality but casual/comfy/natural/well-loved look that I want for a relaxing ambiance. I'll add photos once I've hung them! ... show more

I can’t believe the how pretty this fabric is, the quality of these inexpensive curtains. I bought the tan. I wanted something very sheer to let light in, but have some privacy from the neighbors across the alley. The first thing i noticed when I opened the pack, the curtains feel light and dreamy to the touch. Not a cheap nylon. They feel like a light cotton linen blend. They just look so soft and pretty. Very nice curtains. Love the color and the weight, flowy and drapey and not too heavy, but don't just fly away either. Definitely sheer, but provide a nice room divider or gentle window covering. Would look great steamed but probably crinkle easily. Didn't keep because it just wasn't quite right for our place, but love them and am looking for where else I can use them! ... show more

It pains me to write this review. I’ve been searching for a 100% cotton sheer, gauze-like curtain. I found the perfect one which of course is now unavailable. Although these are 20% cotton/80% polyester, they looked so close to my other curtains and the reviews mentioned the feel and airy nature of these. These are soft, light, airy and let just the right amount of light in while still offering some privacy. The appearance of these curtains is exactly what I wanted and the quality is solid for this price point. The appearance is that of more expensive curtains. The length in these curtains was also accurate, although I did not wash these. At 80% cotton they should’t shrink much if at all. Sadly I’ll be returning these. I ordered the white and they are so cool in color they read as almost the palest shade of lavender. I took a picture showing these next to my white curtains. Also these folded up on my “Behr Frost” (a cool and icy white tone) painted sill and a standard piece of white paper on top. When hung, the tint mostly shows at the seams and where the material bunches up. If you aren’t using these next to white curtains, this may not be an issue for you. I am very finicky so there’s that also. Take my review with a grain of sea salt caramel. ... show more
