I have always wanted to try smoking but over the years I came to the realization that not only is it unhealthy but it has long term consequences that may lead to early death. This pamphlet (not worth being called a book) contains a very basic overview of electronic cigarettes and "vaping". It also gives the reader a quick rundown of the history of e-cigs. I have a close relative who has been unable to stop smoking despite years of trying. He has tried replacement therapies, hypnotism, counseling, you name it. The electronic cigarette has been suggested and I think that this is a great idea. I purchased this book to pass along and there is a wealth of information here on getting started with electronic cigarettes.
