When charging, make sure the magnetic connector is properly attached for normal charging. If the problem persists, please tell us immediately for assistance. Why does the battery show a charge when on the surfboard but not when charging separately? This could be an issue with the charger. Please tell us to request a replacement charger. Why is the surfboard slow and not reaching the expected speed? There is a button on the front of the surfboard. Pressing this button will show a blue light, indicating that it is in high-speed mode. In high-speed mode, the speed should increase. Why is the surfboard still slow even in high-speed mode? If the surfboard remains slow after entering high-speed mode, it might be related to the rider's weight. For riders over 90KG, we recommend using the 15KW surfboard. What are the differences between the 15KW Competition and Custom surfboards? The 15KW Competition surfboard is made of fiberglass, while the Custom surfboard is made of carbon fiber. The Custom surfboard and its battery are lighter than the Competition model.
