Built the desk, go the whole thing together and the motor and control panel just kept giving error messages. I tried to see about getting just the motor and controller replaced which would be just a small package and allow me to use the desk. Also, I wouldn't have to take apart the whole desk and package it up and take it in. Nope, all automated Amazon "assistant" dialouge results in just pakaging up the whole thing and returning it for a refund. What a pain, I have to really rethink buying large scale items on line even when their not expesnive. The hastle just isn't work it.
