I am so very happy with this scrub brush. I have rheumatoid arthritis in all my joints & trying to clean & scrub things on my own are hard & sometimes impossible. This thing has made a world of a difference. Not only do I not have to scrub the bathtub myself but I also don’t have to bend over or try getting on my knees, it’s amazing!! Some days I can’t walk or bend down at all so this has made me feel more capable being able to do some things on my own without asking for help. It’s strong & very effective!! The battery last a long time & this is great for cleaning SO many different things. The brush attachments are also easy to clean after each use. I also scrubbed the outside of my back door with this & it looked like a brand new white door again. 😂 We have green pollen that gets on everything here so my door looked stained green & brown but this got it all off. I can’t recommend this enough!! Don’t hesitate!! Get it now! You won’t be disappointed. You will be asking yourself why you didn’t get it sooner & why you have been bending over & scrubbing things with your hands. 😂 It’s also great for reaching areas up high. I’m so happy! Tired of scrubbing soap scum until your hands cramp? Do you have a large kitchen that you spend hours on hands & knees trying to scrub the grout? This product is a life savor & will not disappoint!!! When you open the box, you’ll see it comes with several types of brush heads that very easily snap on end. Comes with charging cord. Has 2 speeds and can extend to reach higher areas. My kitchen floor is so bright due to the circular motion of the brush head. I literally do nothing but press the power button & let the mop do the work for me! GREAT for those who have trouble standing for long periods as well! I had surgery on my leg & was on crutches for a while. I simply sat in a chair while using & was just as pleased at how well it cleaned! Works great on stubborn soap scum. Smaller bushes can reach the difficult areas. I use the flat, course pad brush for soap scum and grout. You can even use the soft pad for your car! Makes cleaning SO much easier!!!! Great gift idea!!!

Let me start by saying that this product does what it is supposed to do and it cleaned my two showers beautifully. That's sad, there are a few design flaws in quality issues that would keep me from giving it a 5 star review especially given its price point of nearly $60. The product design has done a good job of choosing lightweight materials that are still strong. The tool feels sturdy even when fully extended but it is not overwhelmingly heavy and I say this as a person who has had surgery on both wrists this year. Very easy to assemble and the pivoting head helps get into crevices though it would be nicer if it locked in at multiple angles. The longer crevice tool brush is absolutely outstanding yet getting into the seams of walk in showers and bathtubs that are tiled or fiberglass, acrylic, etc. I use this on a bathtub with a shower surround and a walk in shower both of which are acrylic and the bristles did not scratch or damage the finish. I did do a test patch first and I recommend doing the same before going all-in. More locking angles on the pivot head would have made cleaning a little bit easier though. There was a bit of a learning curve this first time around. I managed to absolutely scrub both the tub and shower from top to bottom on a single charge and was thrilled with the battery life. Where it fell short for me was the splaying on the crevice tool brush after this this first use. Yes it got one heck of a workout but I've still only used it once and the bristles are already splayed. I will probably get two or three more uses out of it before needing to replace it and while I would love to see higher quality bristles perhaps a different softness levels, I really can't complain about the results. I am sure cheaper models might not handle as well and would have even cheaper brushes. If you're like me and need the ergonomic support of a cleaning tool like this it's definitely worth the purchase. For me, a deep clean like this is every month or two, so even if the heads only last several uses, the set of included brush heads could easily last a for six months or longer for periodic deep cleanings. Anything more than that, and you'll have to replace them more often.

After writing my initial review the seller proactively reached out to me via email to apologize for my dissatisfaction and disappointment with my purchase and to make it “right”. They offered to send me a new unit free of charge - with no strings attached. Meaning they did not ask for the negative review to be removed before sending a new unit. As promised the new unit arrived within a few days. My initial purchase was clearly a one-off malfunction because the new unit works AND it works wonderfully!! I am updating my rating not only because the unit works as described and leaves everything sparkling clean but because I am so impressed with their SUPERIOR customer service!!! It is refreshing to have a company care about their product (and stand behind it) and equally refreshing, if not more refreshing, is their goal of ensuring that their clients do not have a negative experience and are truly satisfied. I definitely recommend the product and the company. I was really looking forward to this purchase. While it did come in a timely manner I never got a chance to even use it. After reading the instructions (that were quite clear and easy to follow) I put my cleaner together and plugged it in to charge. However the unit would not turn on after it was fully charged. After ensuring it was put together correctly I let it charge overnight. But still no luck in the morning. I had no choice but to return it. Dont want to risk ordering another one and going through the trouble of returning it a second time.

EDITED REVIEW: after my first initial use I plugged it in for what seemed like 2 hours and I never saw the green light turn on to indicate that it was done charging. So I put it away for the next use hoping that it did actually charge. Just brought it out again. Maybe a little over 2 weeks after my first try and I went to scrub my walls and within 5 seconds after the littlest bit of pressure it would shut off and the red light would blink for maybe a minute. I tried it agai and same thing happened over and over again. What should have been a one second scrub of my wall turned into painstakingly an hour trying to figure out the machine. I even had it plugged into the wall while using it in hopes that it would charge it from an electrical standpoint and not from a battery standpoint and it still did the same fit. I've had it plugged in now for over an hour and a half and there is no green indicator light or anything actually indicating that it's even charging. I threw away my box but I have all the attachments and I'm actually going to try to still return this because it's not working. I also can't find anything for warranty or website information cuz I threw away the box so I don't even know how to reach out to customer service to troubleshoot. Any Google or YouTube troubleshooting videos are useless. As you can read in my initial review, I loved it and I was really looking forward to this as a game changer in my cleaning, but I'm utterly disappointed at this point and really hesitant to even try other brands out there. ORIGINAL REVIEW: I don't know where this has been all of my adult life! I have this one spot in my bathroom right next to the tub and it WILL NOT get clean. One spritz of The Pink Stuff, let it sit for 30 seconds and used the corner scrubber and that gunk is toast! I used it on my baseboards, shower tub floor and the base of the toilet. This is my new best friend! I have already recommended it to a friend! Can't wait to see it in the rest of my house to make it feel brand spanking new!

Received today and immediately unboxed the unit to scrub my shower, which hadn’t had a deep clean in quite a while. Here are my impressions: 1. Unit arrived fully charged. Yay! And stayed that way throughout my cleaning session. 2. The scrubber head is adjustable to two, and only 2 positions: straight, and 45-degree angle. Additional angles (especially 90-degree) would be helpful. 3. The power switch is on one of the longer handles. Somehow, I expected to also be able to use the power scrubber with just the scrubbing head. Because of the power handle, scrubbing the walls of the enclosed shower was awkward/difficult. 4. The scrubber is pretty powerful cutting through soap scum and grime well, but due to the centrifugal force of the rotation, it really only wants to move to the right. It is more difficult to move the scrubber to the left so it is an effort to control. 5. Other reviewers note that one must press the power button a few many seconds to turn the unit on or off. This is not the case with the unit I received. It turns on instantly (which I like) and turns off just as quickly with a tiny touch. So, several times during my cleaning, the unit turned off, evidently because my hand lightly brushed against the power button. Constantly turning it back on is a bit frustrating. 6. Power scrubber works well to clean the shower floor, and with the cone-shaped brush, the corners and about 2-3 inches up the wall. 7. Turning the scrub head upside down, one can scrub the walls up to about 36-42 inches. 7. I did use the scrubber to clean the rest of the walls, but without the handle attached, so no spin power. For close work, it is nothing better than an ordinary scrubber pad. Detail work, around doors especially, requires a different tool and potentially still getting on my knees. 8. I think the unit (because the power button is in the handle) is really only helpful for cleaning tubs & shower or things for which one needs a long reach. It is way too big and cumbersome to effectively spin-clean sinks or counters. It might be helpful for floors, except the 4-inch scrubber head makes it impractical for that purpose. It might be good for power scrubbing car tires I suppose. Bottom line: Is my shower nice & clean? Yes. Is this unit disappointing? Also yes. Is this unit a pleasure to use? No.

Like many people, my local Amazon deliveryperson probably hates me seeing as they visit my residence more than my own family does (although this is sadly not a very high bar to clear). Also like many people, I don't leave reviews for pretty much anything, so please consider the fact that I am bothering to write this at all the highest form of praise. I am a single man, meaning that my bathroom at best looks like something straight out of Silent Hill, so the prospect of anything that might possibly render the Sisyphean task of making it presentable even remotely achievable intrigued me. Thus, I spent my Facebook privacy invasion settlement money on this thing with high hopes but little expectations. The first thing you will probably think when turning it on is that it is extremely underpowered and will probably lock up the moment it encounters a speck of dirt that's only slightly loose. But no matter how much you think this thing probably needs a jet engine attached to it to stand a chance against the horrors of your criminally neglected facilities, allow me to be the first to say "I don't think so, Tim." It does not replace (nor should you expect it to) steel wool for those stains that probably warrant an addition to the periodic table - think the ring left behind by a can of WD-40 that's been sitting in the corner for 12 years that you won't even go near without being up to date on your tetanus shots. But for everything else? This thing does the work. I sat on my toilet with this thing and, over the course of 20 minutes, burned maybe a rice cake's worth of calories while rendering my bathtub something that won't get me arrested by the bathtub police. The neck is a flexible elbow joint that eliminates the need for awkward positioning and the pole extends so far that a small child could easily accomplish the job unless you happen to have a two-story bathroom. Even then, just give the kid a stepladder and he should be good. It also comes with a wide variety of heads for multiple jobs. The "big dome" is your go-to for the shower and toilet, but you've also got a fine-point brush for corners and other hard-to-reach areas like those crevices between the toilet and the anchor bolt caps that are often home to at least several as-of-yet unidentified forms of life. You've also got a large flat brush to replace the archaic concept of scrubbing nasty stains off of the floor, although it's not an effective substitute for mopping. The only downside is a rather unexpected one - you can't use it while it's charging. Thankfully it seems to charge up rather quickly and the battery life is decent, but it's still a very odd quirk. I would recommend this to anyone who owns a bathroom, which I would sincerely hope is the majority of people on this site. It takes one of the most physically exerting chores that can be done around the house and effectively eliminates any sort of exercise/benefit you might get from doing it. Five stars.
