    • Wheel slash from sharp gravel but not noticed during rides
It’s quick start and stop and it climbs hills I just wish ebossom would answer my emails I had a wheel crack a little from gravel and small rocks it took them with ease but I noticed there’s a slash in the one tire it doesn’t seem to be bothering the ride though It takes hills start and stops fast must get used to leaving forward to takeoff and leaning back to stop ... show more

The media could not be loaded. The board is very nice very long exactly the length which seller specified, only problem is it only goes around 11 or 12 miles per hour max instead of what they said they promised so I'll have to return it at some point.     • Is it Replaceable?!
First and foremost all credit goes to one employee that works directly with the seller there at Ebossom support, by the name of Aaron! Aaron took my concerns and frustrations into deep consideration and attention! His efficiency and his awareness of the situation with my board having a major dysfunction within 2 weeks of ordering it. Now the board for its price and its way of riding of course now I know to be more mindful of. One of my wheels ended up popping off mid ride when the pavement of the road changed in I guess in cement texture I’d say to where it was flat pavement going into something more bumpy. Anyhow it was durable, and it rode perfect for those first few weeks, although when all that happened with the wheel, I was just going to flip the board into the trash and buy a better one. But what’s the sense of bragging about warranty if we’re not going to put it to flourish ent! So with no help from AMAZON SUPPORT AT ALL, but direct help from the seller they asked for the appropriate details that they needed to evaluate my boards etiquette to be worthy enough for a replacement and of course being within the 30 days, within a week I was already back on the road using my new board. Well my entire review is to really just say that even when down and in frustrations not knowing what to do next, having to budget for something more expensive or just ready to call it quits, remember to check on that warranty, even the warranty on your own LIFE! Because unlike your LIFE which is non replaceable, these materialistic things that satisfy our needs or wants they’re very much replaceable. So all in all to say THANKYOU Ebossom and Aaron for the replacement board. And Honoring your folks warranty program. ... show more

    • Short battery life.
Its a good starter board, but it lacks power that you usually get from dual motor boards. The battery last 1-2 hours if you walk some. Climbs hills okay, just really slowly. It does not go 16mph, its more like 10 or 12 mph. It does charge fast tho.
